The owner and his wife have gone above and beyond for me.If you're skeptical about this place, don't be. I'll explain why.I am such a particularly picky customer sometimes when it comes to specs to my electronics - especially since I do music production.The owner has been so helpful. I thought about upgrading my HDD to an SSD and the owner helped me on understanding what the difference is. He literally even went as far as talking to me on the phone and texting me asking me to send him photos to make sure I get the right product. All of the reviews saying they're not out to get your money are beyond true.They really provided great customer service and put their focus on making sure that you feel satisfied and peace of mind when you purchase from them. I come from about an hour away as well but will continue to do so as I need. This place is worth it for me. Give them a try. They're really kind people who really want to work with you on finding "A Solution" haha. See what I did there?

All you need to know was I felt really unsure about going this route to setup my home office. Sooooo, glad I did though because this setup is awesome the owner really knows what he is doing. I got a desktop, two monitors, cables included, and he was able to upgrade the 8gb RAM to 16gb RAM because I didn't realize dual monitors can effect the speed and performance. He is the thing though he switched it out in two minutes and basically just charged the cost of part. This is the place to go if you don't want to pay $1000 for a brand new setup when he can get you one for 1/4 the cost. The picture is me using the new setup to write the review!

Such nice informative people! No b.s. straight forward. There not hiding anything or trying to get one over on you not are they trying to make extra money. They asked me for heaven's sakes how much I feel is a reasonable price for mailing my device back to me because we live an hour away!! If that doesn't tell you something then I don't know what will. We bought a Mac from them also and prices are below if you ask me.. but that's how I knew they aren't there necessarily for the money there there to deliver top of the line service and product for a reasonable price.

On Oct 12, 2019 we drove down from Everett WA to purchased a refurbished Dell Optiplex 9020 core i5 8GB RAM desktop computer for my father-in-law. It was a 5 year old computer, but I was able to check it out and run some tests at the store before purchasing it. All was good and all tests passed. 30-day warranty also gave me some peace of mind. I did some more thorough testing on it when I got home and it was a 100% Pass.It is a wonderful computer, the store is simple, the store owner was kind and easy to work with...and since we drove down from Everett he gave us $10 off of the sales price! The price advertised includes sales tax, but add 3% for card transactions.I highly recommend A-Solution for your refurbished computer needs, and I will return here again to get my next refurbished computer when the time comes.

This place is great, I took my IPhone in to get the charge port fixed, I told them go ahead and do the more expensive repair @ $60. The guy went through it and only charged me $30 and it has been perfect. I used them a second time for my kids phone same great experience!Very fair and honest place to take your items.Highly recommend!

This is the place your other local phone repair shops go to when they can’t fix their customer’s phones. The owner and his wife are super friendly and knowledgeable and have all the right tools to fix whatever your problem is. They’ll be honest with you and let you know if something isn’t worth fixing instead of just taking your money. On top of all that they have the best prices for used computers!! I just bought a laptop today that would have costed me double for the same thing in other stores. This place should be your first stop for anything phone and computer related.

No more wasting money to be stuck in lengthy contracts w cell phone providers! The very sweet couple who owns this business not only saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing my $700 newer cell phone for cheaper than even insurance deductible but they are so savvy & competent & ethical in how they do business. :) It's hard to trust even companies today to do what's good for the customer and this business does practice old-fashioned HONEST customer service, doing their all to HELP THE CUSTOMER!! ❤ I plan to return to buy more electronic devices here or to fix problems and update newest software to SAVE MONEY & TRUST AGAIN IN GOOD WORKING DEVICES. Highly recommend over Frys Electronics or ANY cell phone store. Renton is blessed to have this store!!

Absolute great folks! Bought an Apple Mac Mini A1347 to use as a small home server for AirMessage (airmessage_dot_org) to get my Android phone to use iMessage. WORKS GREAT! I will probably drop in an SSD to make it faster, but the computer is an OUTSTANDING value from these guys. Very nice, professional and polite folks too. I will be back! If it helps, I looked at their inventory offer on OfferUp APP on my mobile. Glad I found them!

I bought a pc from these guys because I couldnt believe the price. It really was too good to be true. The pc was fine for about a week and then it started shutting down randomly due to overheating. All I ever did was watch YouTube or play a game here and there. I contacted them and they replaced it for free because i had a 30 day warranty, and even came to me to replace the computer with the same one! Amazing right?? Wrong. The second pc had the exact same problems just after my warranty expired. Now im stuck with this really bad computer that overheats and shuts off when I really need it and im out 200$. Theyre friendly and nice but it doesnt excuse the fact ive gotten two bad computers from them and I cant do anything about it.
