Marijuana was good but they put like 4 staples(as if it wasn't working but kept slamming the stapler) in the top of the bag for my curbside. They were sticking out like a little cactus but hard to see... more

Placed a order thru Blackdird and the price was 160 dollars for my order. Just before order I got a text and said it was 391 dollars.. So be very careful when ordering from Black bird because they will not honor it.The manager of store was very rude to me Cris is the manager. He said I was working the system when I placed a innocent order. Very bad customer service, I'm the casino industry and we never treat customers like that. Before my conversations ended Cris told me to find another dispenser shop because he did not want my business. I just sent the owner a e mail to his response I hope he gets back to me. Or call me u have my number. Update 7-3-2020 .I e mailed the owner 2 weeks ago with the information he has yet replied to my messages. The owner of store is Cris Vickers. Very bad customer service.

1st time customer. Having a bad leg, I like to park close to the door. Here at the source they have 20 spaces blocked off for curbside pickup. When asking if that was overkill, the guy standing outside was defensive and jumped right to saying they have the right to refuse services and was just mean. Do not expect that attitude when I’m spending over $100 at your business. Will not be back. Should take a course in customer service.

They were sticking out like a little cactus but hard to see. When I handed the bag to my wife at home it sliced my hand open. You know that web of skin between your thumb and pointer? Mine looks chewed up a bit. Be careful.

My husband picked up in store last night only to find out that what we ordered was not what they put in the bag, he ordered animal face from camp and paid 120.00 for it and when we got home it was bond 99 the cheaper one that only cost 80.00 was what was in the bag I am very upset because if we wanted that we would have ordered it but now I paid more for the cheaper item and when I called I could not get through so I feel like they hustled us that is not right and it's not fair that I got charged for something I did not get. This is very wrong for them not to double check the order when they are picked up.

Front door guys constant harrasment over mask! 1st had to wear one!, ( if you're sick stay home and wear a mask) I'M NOT SICK when I finally went and got one they let me into the main room and harassased me in front of customers accusing me of taking it off when I did NOT and apparently it didn't fit good enough for them! I have done a lot of business with this company but they've just lost this customer! I was following all social distancing rules just did not want to wear a mask! if they want people to wear masks they better supply! them! then! if they need them a certain way!

Friday may 15th @ 11:31am I placed an online order with curbside pickup. I received my confirmation text they receive my order. Saturday afternoon at 3:30 i've gottenno response i called no answer i emailed no answer i sent a message to the text i received no answer now it's sunday at 3:27 p.m. and i've got no text so i guess they lost my order thanks for nothing.

I just picked up at curbside.They took my debit card. My total was $106.00 the guy says he went ahead and charged it to an even $110.00 to make it easier. Then I got my receipt to find and additional $3.50 charge. I figured it was for a tip but I would tipped anyway. They shouldn’t just say “I went ahead and made it $110.00 to make it easier”. Don’t Hustle your customers. I have another dispensary near my house but I choose to go with the source because of great customer service.

Place was amazing but sadly the quality has gone down hill BIG TIME since the pandemic. They deliver product filled with Seeds and poorly trimmed. They leave out pivotal information about the product you are buying becuase they know Returns are illegal in this pandemic. Better off going to your local street corner then ordering a delivery. Managers need to be fired and replace with Customer caring/Quality inspecting managers ASAP before the word gets around.

I've been here twice, once with my daughter, she wanted me to see the inside of a dispensary. I remember walking in everything was white. To the left there were 3 benches and to the right some windows where you show your ID. You walk thru a glass door and their products are on display. They have a restroom for customers. It beats buying off the streets. Personally I don't intersect with staff, but I will say all good since my daughter only goes here.

They have drinks that get you high, snacks that get you high, and regular weed that runs the gamut from good to better than average. They also sell non-psychoactive products for pain relief.The staff is exuberant to a fault, by which I mean you'll have to politely engage with a minimum of three (but usually four to five) employees to process a transaction. If you're introverted, this can be incredibly taxing.I was told to review the store by an employee named Alyssa who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I think forcing your staff to engage in marketing practices like this is akin to holding their job hostage, so you lose an entire star for that reason.
