A+ rated dispo. So if you have read my other reviews on dispensaries in the Las Vegas area you know cheep weed is everywhere and slide from a few exceptions all the weed is coming from the same growers. So the importance of a business like this comes down to the people working there. This is only one of three places I bother visiting any more at all.Wonderful people here! I can't stress that enough. And smart too, this spot seems to know more about the weed they are selling than any other I have visited. This is very important when you have specific demands of your Medicine.Also this place is doing a bang up job with the order pick-ups, very efficient in a busy parking lot.

Purchased 1g of Live Rosin, received .5g. No one answers phone or returns emails.Edit: If you were actually concerned you would think you would have answered my emails. After finally getting hold of someone a month later I was told the product was mislabeled and was only supposed to be a half gram even though the menu and my receipt both said I would be receiving a full gram. The assistant gm acknowledged their mistake but only offered me 20% off which is basically telling me to eat it because I already get 10% for being industry. If we did this at my store we would penny out the product and take the loss but keep the customer. Instead I'll just go to planet 13 from now on.

I was a frequent customer here and have been trying to do curbside pick up and follow the rules they placed and everytime they send a "your order is being prepared." Then get a second text saying my order was cancelled. I did everything required that they asked of me. I tried calling to see what was the mix up and no one bothers to answer calls. I've been ignored on multiple occasions. So if you want to try the source don't. They don't answer anything from anyone. They have gone from good to absolutely terrible.

The staff was not knowledgeable or not willing to share valuable product and company. Alize was our cashier and she wasn't able to clearly answer any questions we asked. She spoke very softly and mumbled when we could hear her. She also wasn't a good listener. She gave pricing that we were told was for Members Only. Though during our short conversation we must have mentioned three or four times that we were brand new to the company let alone that location. Please note that no one at the front desk when we told them we were new mention this membership and she didn't mention it till we were about ready to pay and notice the price was quite a bit higher than we were originally quoted. Overall a pitiful experience a bad taste in my mouth from my first time in your establishment. Thank God it will be our last!

Since this whole quarantine situation has happened the source Henderson has been a disaster. I have tried contacting them through phone 10 times today and nobody’s there to answer. I did try Sahara location and somebody answered right away and try to help me the best they could but they couldn’t do anything either because I wasn’t in their delivery area. The source Henderson is a really struggling and really need to fix some problems that they have. I would love to be the one to help fix those problems if they need extra help.

I'm a vet and sleeping pills don't agree with me as well as weed. I get everybody is sitting home bored and ordering weed but if I have to wait until the day after I order for delivery and then you call and say "within the hour" while I'm at walmart getting food and then call back and say, "you weren't home for your delivery we might try again or we will see you tomorrow," I'm going to do the only thing I can as a consumer--review you on google and never spend a dime there again. I will be at Jenny's they have no minimum delivery amount and better prices.

Most people would be afraid to review some place like this in my business life. But the truth is that I have back pain and now shingles and I have to deal with pain. And in Nevada this is totally legal. I don't really know if this is the best place for prices or choices.. in fact every time I go in to try to get what I use the last time they no longer have it. Even though they told me the last time it was the best thing going. I think that's kind of indicative of this business. I never used marijuana as a kid or as an adult. But it's now a common medical use and this place is as good as any to get it. If I could find a better place. I'd go there

Was okay. Everybody was very welcoming when I came in. The place looked very nice inside as well. This was my first time going and I had questions about certain strains but the guy didn’t seem to know much about anything I looked at. He then recommended a product without giving any information on it. Didn’t seem like they had too many choices for me to get (strains, pipes, wraps, etc). I think I will stick to Essence they always give me a good feeling and are very knowledgeable about products they have.

Went in to get something, everything was fine. I didn’t have enough cash on me, couldn’t use my debit card. No big deal. I went to the lobby to get more cash from my husband, and your guy holding the door SCREAMED at me that we had to leave. Didn’t really give us an explanation. It was super embarrassing to have everyone stare at us. I’ll just keep going to Jenny’s Dispensary instead.

It’s progressively gotten worse the more I visit this Dispensary. New workers all the time and some of them are difficult to work with. Some are not friendly, at all. Some are a pleasure to talk to. I have an industry discount but have to remind almost every worker, every time about my discount even though it appears on my account. And often, they will give me a different total price every time, leading me to argue with them about the different price. They will not use your industry discount/any other discount if there is already a sale even if their sale discount is not as good as your discount! And the manager told me this, knowing she was leaving an unsatisfied customer. Go somewhere else.
