This is a good place to get some goodies. That is if you can order it. Online is always not showing the right price, so I have to call it in. But today the guy answering the phone can't even take down your number. All he does is talks when your talking and says he can't understand you. He had my wife and me so frustrated that we just canceled our order that I'm sure was wrong. Won't be going back here again.

I have forever been impressed with Terrapin and their budtenders. Since covid began I'm even more impressed. They've handled it all so well. Taking safety precautions, while still serving their customers fully.I'll continue to sing terrapins praises, as long as you come before 3pm. that afternoon shift is rude and unprofessional.

You guys need to step up your growing game or buy from different wholesale. Cause your strains are losing potency. I call it ghost bud. Looks good but not very strong. Ever heard of over- cloning? Well every grower in Boulder is over-cloning. I understand cloning saves a months of grow time but If only some of you actually understood the science behind it. Although me to educate. Everytime you clone a plant even if it's the best mother plant that you clone from. The THC slightly changes on a molecular level and the THC changes to THD. Everytime you clone the product gets worse and worse. Please no more than 2 cloning generations. The growers in this town are killing me with there lack of knowledge.

This is the only dispesory in Colorado that forces curb side pick up to use debit which forces me to expose myself during this pandemic what’s the point of offering curb side if it is limited to bank holders when the dispensary legally can’t be bank holders THEN came on here and tried telling me the law that I know because I work at a different dispesory where we can do that because when marked as an essential business by the state that law is no good anymore go ahead and call that’s discrimination

The Flower is always amazing and it's a great deal. However after coming here for almost a year. I was treated poorly and talked down to by the budtender He is a tall guy with black hair you will know him because he has bad customer service. So if you want to feel like you are waisting someones time and any question is a stupid question go to terripen ask for the skinny guy with glass and black hair 👎

Terrapin is one of my favorite dispensaries in Boulder, mostly because of the staff! The Terrapin team is one of the friendliest groups I have met. Nora remembered my name after weeks and personally recommended a certain strain of flower to me that I absolutely loved! She was very personable and lovely. great service time and time again! I won't shop anywhere else.

I like terrapin a lot. I like their herb, and specifically their hash oil cartridges. I like the stuff that cost $20, but the $30 stuff is the best tasting as it has added terpenes. It's convenient, often open till 9:45pm. I like their Willy's reserve stuff too. Things can be a little bit expensive at times, especially with added a taxes. But to be fair that's the whole industry. Overall I definitely suggest. Great employees, quite helpful, good conversations, good products.

Great store can get a little busy but it's worth the wait, pretty decent flower at a reasonable price. I really like there dart pods there like a step down from pax but still very tasty. The woods flower here is really good got there high octane og very impressed with it huge buds that were well structured and very potent. They a big selection of flower, concentrate and topical highly recommend checking them out.

I have been going to this location since I moved here in August of 2017 and I have never been dissatisfied or treated poorly. Any issue I have is quickly taken care of and everyone that works there has a great attitude. They have great daily specials, awesome seasonal deals and a reward system that actually works. Stop in and see for yourself!

I've been visiting Colorado for four days and have been to five dispensaries. Terrapin Care has hands down been my favorite. In my experience, the quality of the cannabis doesn't change a whole lot from dispensary to dispensary, so what it comes down to for me is the service and the prices. Terrapin Care had amazing service: I had good, intelligent conversations with the guy at the door, the manager, and especially my bud tender. I didn't feel rushed or like she was trying to sell anything to me. She made suggestions but they weren't for expensive products. Also, the price was beyond right! My faith in Colorado dispensaries had been wavering. No more!
