I truly don’t ever rate dispensaries because almost always I have a great experience but they sold us some product on discount that was harvested a year ago so basically selling weed that has gone bad. The product isn’t smokeable and is far past it’s expiration date. Along with that the staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed with our issue of having bought extremely old product and told us that the product is still good when it’s obviously not. I will not go back to this store. Nobody should be sold product that is pst it’s expiration date.

Top Shelf has been consistently the go to place for recreational enjoyment. I cannot think of another place that have friendlier staff members, informative, and are quick in delivery of services. Top shelf simply has the best products available and options for a wide range of diverse cannabis fanatics. This place maintains sheer quality for a bargain and does not misinform their patrons. Shout out to their employee; Brandon, he is friendly, welcoming, informative, and has a great sense of people skills that other places unfortunately lack. Top Shelf will continue to be a place I will consider because people like Brandon make it smooth to make your purchases, thanks man!

Maybe I’m bias cause I live down the road but this place is my top choice, great products, their stock does cycle, sometimes they have one of my favorites and sometimes they don’t but I kinda like it because I’ve tried so many different strains, I’m the weird person who keeps a weed journal, don’t judge me. Back to the store they have insanely friendly tenders, they’re helpful, easy to talk to, I swear the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Highly recommend going here. ❤️

Loud, loud music, can’t even hear the budtender to make a transaction. They always seem to hire at least one person who is beyond obnoxious and makes for very unpleasant business. Foul language, over-the-top, in-your-face, lack of professionalism. Not all employees behave this way but enough of a problem that this is the last time I’d like to come in.

Coming into the top-shelf cannabis shop I was greeted by Ryan and Brandon to the late-night workers who were more than enthusiastic to help me figure out what I needed I was impressed by their knowledge and the way they treated their customers even though I am passing through here I will mark this down and Shirley pass it on to others as well as return thank you again guys I appreciate all your hard work

This place ia my number 1 pick. Excellent staff. Has built rapport with me over the course of a year. I have waited until now to post a review. They are absolutely amazing as a company. Bud tenders that remember me and recommend exactly what i want. I grow cannabis for an i502 so im knowledgeable and they keep on par with what is hot. Nothing but 5 stars for me.

I was helped on two separate occasions while I was on vacation in Spokane. On my first visit I was helped by a man I now know as Dreadpool, he was absolutely amazing in helping me find what I needed and even helped me stay in my price range.On my second visit I was helped by a wonderful girl in glasses (I'm the one from Oklahoma). She recommended to me some super lemon haze, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would like to thank her for a very solid recommendation.

Taking a cross country trip over america Came from florida to cali now here! So glad i came in today! My budtender was braylen a nice blonde guy. So helpful and friendly. I came on a lucky day i guess cuz i got a eighth of there best weed for 20 bucks! Prices were great and sraff was wonderful! I recommend this place to everyone comming tothis area looking for the best! Ill deff be back guys!

Absolutly amazing people and experience. I was in washington for two weeks for work and this omwas by far the best shop i went to during my trip. My first stop i was helped by a woman with short hair and tattoos, she recomended some great strains thay are now im my top five. The second time i went that day i was helped by a womam with dark lomg hair and she was so knowledgable about edibles it amazed me. She talked me into buying some of dr moxey's mints and boy oh boy do i love em! Absolutely will be comimg back to this location next time im in town.

Wow! Great staff whom really know what it takes to make customers happy, will great deals (especially Friday & Shatterday) on the best bud in town from local operations.
