This is NOT a medical dispensary I am 18 and have my card and was aksed to leave the store and go to another branch further away. This needs to be made clear on your website that you will NOT sell to patients WITH their card who are under 21 at this location. Very unhappy with the lack of help in pointing me in the right direction. I was simply show the door with the repeated sentace of "cant have ya here" while i try to ask questions. Do not go here if your a medical patient!

Decided to stop by the other day and had a budtender who was clueless about the products. From edibles to flower. Was rude to my wife when she inquired about edibles. The flower was on the lower end even on the top shelf. Very "shakeish". He said they do not grow their own flowers, they purchase them from different grows. Whoever buys the flowers should really learn about quality and customer service. Seems like a stems and seeds operation.

Worst cannabis experience in the legal United States. First, my state of California Medical Cannabis card was refused (understandably under CO state law) although I was met with sheer aggressive and vulgar energy upon presenting it. Following, I presented my 21+ drivers license and was met with an unearthly vibe change. They were no longer questioning my rights and innocence but now they were after my money. Through mediocre customer service I ended up leaving with a quarter oz of flower.Upon inspection, I noticed the crumbly dryness as well as undergrowth or “popcorn” nugs overwhelming the product. Upon sampling, I must say that there was a greatly unpleasant taste and aroma of burnt plastic in the flower.As a proud cannabis connoisseur and kind spirit it pains me to say that Tumbleweeds is a wonderful example of the corporate cannabis industry that is ruining the sacredness and medicinal use of the herb in the US and around the World. Would highly discourage anyone to support this chain of dispensaries. Please put your money where your mind is and take your business elsewhere.

Ty certainly needs to learn some business management skills along with social skills. Apparently he's the manager but my 6 year old niece and nephew could do better than that. THC is supposed to relax ones mind but in this situation it's not helping. Our bud tender charged us for 2 chocolate bars and only received 1 (only asked for 1). When we realized this, we were already 5 minutes down the road and we were told we couldn't get a "refund" by Ty. Refund for what? Something we never received ? State laws I'm assuming, which is understandable. My problem is, you hiring employees who use your double check system(tallying items on receipt to ensure accuracy), when really no double checking had taken place. 1 star for good quality products. All other employees were nice, Tys lack of empathy ruined the experience. ; )

Best in the valley. Some other places (unnamed but up the road, and on the hill overlooking town, for example) feel like sketchy and lazy operations whereas Tumbleweed has good vibes and selection. Consensus amongst family and friends: Tumbleweed is the only dispensary one needs to stop at, especially if you live in Edwards. Not sure what others feel about the prices but they were fine to me. Still feels like Christmas every time I walk in.

I buy cbd pills for my history of seizures and also sports injuries. It works like magic for me. I went into Tumbleweed in edwards with intention on buying what I usually look for. They sent me home with a better product than what I was familiar with. I am very pleased and stoked on the help they provided me. You made my day with cannabis relief.
