I was there best customer spending 100+ a day. I was just turned away because of.my I'd expiring. The governor extended license expirations for 90 days during covid and they are not honoring this. This is the only shop around not honoring. Spend ur money elsewhere like hangar 420 where the employees actually care to help not watch the tip jar grow.

The staff is friendly when I go in, but I'm tried of standing waiting to be helped and the employees know I was there before others costumers and they help them first, like tonight with the manager,he took 3 costumers first,that clearly came in after me, I waiting to be helped. it's the night shift manager and some of your staff that work the closing shift, I've mentioned this problem more than once to the same employees, but they give me some excuse each time..it gets old when you are a costumer that has been there for awhile since this business has started...and wants to continue shopping here but it's really starting to make me question my store options....I know my money won't bankrupt your business, but word of mouth isn't good either...

I’m from Eugene, Oregon and was up in Lake Stevens recently visiting with family. It was so nice to walk into a place that was so friendly, especially in a time like this. I was greeted right away and they asked what I was looking for, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The budtender that assisted me was so knowledgeable and knew her stuff! Thanks again guys, I will visit the next time I’m back!

I wanted to do an online order but there is not a lot of info on their online menu so I called the store. The employee who answered the phone was not helpful. They did not answer my questions, just kept trying to up-sell me.The shop recently got rid of their customer loyalty program with no heads-up for customers. I lost hundreds of points (around 680 IIRC) that were redeemable for discounts. Despite ending the rewards program, they have continued to use the personal information I supplied as part of it (I occasionally get text messages from them).

The Vault in Lake Stevens, WA will not make accommodations for the blind. They told me if I want a discount, I must order online. I’m blind! I informed them I needed help ordering, and I was told, “No exceptions!” Where are my ADA reasonable accommodations?I’ll never go there again!!!

Followed this shop for years starting in the medical days where they lied about keeping a medical endorsement this shop has been going down hill for a long time. Theyd rather increase prices and reduce discounts, they fire any knowledgeable budtenders so they dont have to pay better wages. And have repeatedly screwed customers out of their loyalty points. The manager Megan castellano also likes to have employees work off the clock, operate during illegal hours and screams and yells at them. The owner and managers care only about $$$.

If I could give half a star I would. I keep trying to go back to this place and it makes me feel the insanity building for even trying. Most of the budtenders are nice, but they lack compassion and knowledge of anything but their favorite brands. Their employees are always changing (high turnover) over the last month its been the worst. I shop for all things... dabs, flower, and topicals I just got into the drinks. I can usually find almost everything cheaper at Hanger or Kush. When I have asked about the prices they say its because they aren't in Seattle or Everett where the market is over saturated..

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and ignorant They dont even know PUERTO RICO ID PUERTO RICO IS US.territory clearly ! Is even by their own tiny little book Ive been there and spend money in your bussiness Not anymore clearly .... i came from Marysville to here to have the worst experience ever Never coming back

Was rushed through. I repeated my budget over and over and was open to different products but was continually showed things out of my price range. I finally thought I found something that I could be happy about buying and within my budget. Turns out they were more expensive than the first person said they were. I stopped here on a whim because it was convenient and easy. I wont be coming back. Pleeeeease get your employees to focus on customer service. No one needs to be treated like I was. Ever.

Bought some shatter, got it home and it looked off and dried out. Looked at the bag and it said it expired 4 months ago. Called the store and was told a manager would call me back; never got a call back. I’m now out 30 dollars and felt like they didn’t even care, they already got my money from me. Extremely disappointed. Won’t go here again or recommend anyone else to go here.
