I always enjoy walking into The Vault. Regardless of what I'm looking for, the Budtenders always have great recommendations! Everyone who I've interacted with has been extremely patient, and they never try to push a product that is either lesser quality or unreasonably expensive! I'd highly recommend stopping here, for any of your many smoking needs!

Man, seriously I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Was told to stay behind blue line, well my eye sight is bad and I couldnt read what is behind the counter. Asked how much gummies were and girl said well depends which ones. Like okay...never going back to this place. You lost a customer, not going back. Girl with dark brown hair and fake lashes is rude AF.

Pretty sure this place is under new management. They used to have knowledgeable and friendly staff. That’s no longer the case. Tonight, I was recommended the wrong product. I tried to return it 5 minutes later and was berated by the associates. They were rude and denied my return. They had to call their manager. After 20 minutes, they finally returned it and gave me the correct item. Simple transaction gone terribly wrong. I will not return to this dispensary and do not recommend it to anyone.

Cute little store, the owner is an awesome guy and all around friendly and knows his stuff, very pleasant talking with an educated person for once. That said, I can only give 3 stars due to their lack of parking, they have like 3 spaces total. The other reason is that most of the flower they have shown me, was a lot older than the same product at other stores. When stuff is old mark it down, no one wants to pay full price for a 6 month+ old eighth when they can get the same stuff fresh somewhere else.

I feel like your business would do better if your employees double checked that they are giving people what they really picked out. Like when they’re ringing you up, they should say the name of the strain out loud to make sure that the employee grabbed the correct product. Just had a bad experience because of this. Got home and noticed that my husband was given the wrong strain. He tried to go back and exchange it for what he actually picked out, but you guys refused him. He’s a regular. The product was unopened and it really shouldn’t be a problem for a regular. That’s just messed up. We’re not bad or sketchy people, we just want what we picked out. Now, we are taking our business elsewhere.

I'm recovering from a broken leg and hobbled in with a walking boot. One of the gentlemen there held the door for me coming in and leaving, making sure I didn't slip on the ice. The other helped suggest a good cartridge and a few concentrates, also saving me some money by signing me up for their membership club. Excellent customer service!

I only do edibles, and they have the best prices in town—always easy to swing in and fill my stash box for the month. Selection can vary, so it’s worth checking the menu before you go if you have a particular brand in mind, but there’s always plenty to choose from, so it can be a fun excuse to try something new. Hit up Munchie Mondays for a discount!

Probably the worst cannabis club in spokane, poor limited selections, a lot of the buds were very dry or discolored. Buds turned to dust quite a few times purchasing from them. Pre rolls are filled with literally poor quality shake. bought some that claimed to be OG and had zero smell at all. With how many great clubs are in the area with great quality and prices, I’m not sure how they even stay open. Have been disappointed tons of times with their old dry buds. I’ve spent money here and been thoroughly disappointed, and I’m sure I’m not going to get anything to compensate for any of this. Not worth the time or the money.

Prices here tend to be higher than other places. Knowledge here isn't the best either . If you are looking for some different brands then other places, they do have that. Their main shop is on the west side of the state, so not a lot of local choices. A bit of the products have been here since the opening of this new store. Pay attention to harvest dates.

I just now realized that the old laundromat is now the Vault! I was super over Satori for a few reasons so I decided it was time to go somewhere else. I was so happy when I googled other shops and found this one was also on the South Hill! I went in for my first time yesterday and loved the place. They have such a big space that is set up very nicely, they also have a great selection & better prices than a lot of shops around town. I loved the two bud tenders who were in Victoria and Erin. They were both super friendly and just had great vibes. I went with Victoria’s recommendation on Oleum and I’m so happy I did, super tasty and got me so high! I’ll definitely be coming back here from now on.
