I am extremely disappointed with WSM's handling of COVID-19 related requirements, such as wearing masks, which are mandatory starting today. They still require you to pull your mask down for a picture, something that no other shop I have been to does. And they are letting customers in without requiring masks. You guys have permanently lost a customer, and I've been going here for years.

First impressions are EVERYTHING! My first time at this shop and it was hands down the best experience, from the check in to the check out. And Conor was the absolute BEST!!! He really took his time helping me with pricing and getting exactly what I needed and left with more than I expected without spending more than I wanted! Exceptional service. Initially I didn’t like this place because the first time that I tried to go in they wouldn’t let me in because of my ID. but as time went on I visited the place more often they have some great deals and there are some cool knowledgeable staff. I’ve noticed that they still have ionic on the shelves even though some of their things failed uncle Ike’s tests. But other than that can’t beat a 75 dollar ounce!

Great prices, bottom line. Always stocked with an exceptional inventory. The people that work there are always cool to talk with, well versed and knowledgeable, and they always provide a good recommendation, which is crticial. S***ty budtenders who push old product on a recommendation is far too common, I've noticed and these guys have never done me dirty in that regard. Never have left disappointed. Cant say the same for the competition nearby.

This is my favorite shop on the West Side. Prices are fair and product has always been above satisfactory. I appreciate that everyone working here has been knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of flower and edibles, and plenty of CBD product to choose from. After relocating to Seattle I was looking for a relatable shop, without the boutique frills/excessive marketing and staffed with people who have more experience than not. Found it!

Can not say enough about how awesomely affable and functionally friendly these folks really are. Always in and out, even when busy. The extra, and added, parking is ample and easy to access. The amount of labor and love put into the new garden out front, not only shows they care for the neighborhood, but that they are willing to put back into the community as well. 10 Stars!

The employees here are great! They know their business very well. Bud Tenders are friendly, helpful, and knowledge about their products, and, in general, about what's new in the world with regards to potency, pesticides, etc... I Highly recommend them to our of town visitors, or even perfect strangers. If you have ever had problems with this group of people, I'm gonna say, it's just that perhaps, a good person, you are not!
