Great! Kurt and Doug have always been extremely helpful both in getting my computer up and running, and helping me figure out things I don't know how to do. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for computer repair.

Took time to listen to my problems took my concerns seriously, got a quote. They picked up my desktop the same day and had it on the bench that afternoon. Gave me a fair quote on repairing what I THOUGHT was the problem. After conducting their own diagnosis they advised me that what I thought was the problem was in fact not the real issue. They advised me they'd button it up and return it to me no charge if the actual repairs were more than the value of my PC. I ended up asking them to custom bench build a new machine. They did so for about 1/2 what it would have cost from a major global computer company. They delivered my new machine and set it up in record time. I give them my strongest unconditional highest recommendation for ethical business practices, top level professional interpersonal skills and timelyness.

When you are in real trouble, GET GREG! I had my business and personal domains hacked. I am talking Russian email in my Outlook and Chinese pages on my websites. Greg got me secured and back in business before the next day. None of my credit or financial accounts were breached due to the expert service I received. I have been using Mobile Computer Wizard for the past 10+ years. The customer Service is outstanding. I always call frantic needing help ASAP and they find away to accommodate me. Their rates are fair and the get the job done right the first time!! I trust them to work on my computer. I love that they can remote in and show me the issue and then get it fixed. I can't thank Randy and his team at Mobile Computer Wizard enough!The worst thing that can happen to a writer happened: my screen broke on my laptop. Not only were they the best priced in the area, but after the part was ordered, Randy fixed my the laptop the same day that I dropped it off.Did I mention he had the flu? I was the victim of a phishing scam and the experience nearly destroyed my entire PC. I was in a panic and found great reviews on this company so i took a chance and I'm amazed at the work done to restore my computer. They not only found a way to restore all my pictures and documents but was able to restore windows 10 and now my computers good as new. Highly recommend! Thank you guys for the amazing work
