excellent store, friendly staff (especially the new greeters at the entrance), nicely stocked, and plenty of space to comfortably physically distance. HOWEVER, one check out/pay register staff, ron (older, white hair man), on my early visits in the morning has left me with such rage. in a number of occasions i've had the unfortunate experience of interacting or observing him interact with other customers. this man is rude, bitter, prejudiced and zero interpersonal skills. it's unfortunate because he's the last impression you'll have when you leave the store; an ugly blemish on an otherwise excellent albertsons. if you are unhappy with your employment, please leave, there are 30 million unemployed that would gladly take it.

Always a pleasant experience when shopping, with exception of the ladies restroom. Today, the stalls needed a little maintenance. I know customers are disgusting, peeing on the seats and on the floor at times. Maybe Albertsons employees can have a quick look in between cleaning to avoid this issue. Otherwise, I love shopping there and do so literally every other day. Please replace the comfortable couches across from Starbucks.

I used to shop here, but after they re opened, the prices are higher, the fried chicken (my longtime favorite) is mediocre at best, and there's often hardly anyone working at the store to help you find something. It's quite easy to go across the street to Smart and Final to get better prices, better quality products, and helpful employees. I won't shop here again.

I was helped by the most friendly and pleasant checkout clerk on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 just before closing at about 10:50pm. I had a rather large order and I was anxious about purchasing so much just before closing. I anticipated I might be met by a tired, overworked clerk who wouldn’t be so eager to help at this time in the evening, not to mention I had my 4 year-old son with me and he was actively running all over the store. Barbara checked me out and was so nice, I was amazed. She was so polite and positive and conversed with me and my son. She made me feel like I wasn’t a burden. She also bagged my large order (using my reusable bags) with the most efficiency and skill I’ve ever seen. I was so impressed! This was actually my first time shopping at Albertson’s with such a large order. I enjoyed it. They had so many items I love and a better selection than I am used to with some of the other markets. (I usually frequent Ralph’s / Food 4 Less). THANK YOU BARBARA and Albertson’s San Pedro!

The adds were missleading. Tney emphasized the availability of low salt chicken soup for example and none could be found the store. Even employees had no idea about said itemSome employees behind the counter carried on a loud conversation with fellow employees making for poor relationship with customers. The store was clean, neat and had adequate and attractive merchandise for sale.
