There’s no point in scheduling appointments you have no plans to honor. And if you are not going to even attempt to honor them, you could maybe not act like you have a monopoly, or authority that makes it appropriate to blow people off. That was disheartening. I’m not here for fun and I just rearranged my day yet again for no reason.

It was my 1st time going to the Herbal Care Center and it was a quick whole new experience for me. I did my research before I went to make a quick purchase because of the limited time policy that they have due to the pandemic. But by that little time I was in the dispensary showed me how professional and courteous all the employees are. It was a great quick experience for me. Will definitely be making a return in the near future. Keep up the great work.

Trying a new place. Lots of selection. Clean. Music so loud. It’s hard to hear and talk with masks on. Tall girl with lots of braids less than interested in my transaction. Kind of like I was bothering her. Otherwise nice selection.

I really hope that they keep the rec appointments after this COVID19 thing finishes up. I made an appointment for 12:00PM and was in my car by 12:07PM. This was on a Saturday. Easy in and easy out. I visited this location before the restrictions, and I waited in line for about 50 minutes. It wasn't bad, but still appointments are so much faster and easier. Please keep rec appointments to eliminate the lines!!!

On May 6 I accompanied my wife to THC to pick up her newly acquired medical marijuana card. It wasn’t there. It wasn’t clear why. Something to do with the application - perhaps we made a mistake In the application. We’re both seniors. Perhaps, we made a mistake in choosing this dispensary. We went back three times that day! Each time there was a new unexplainable problem! I really don’t even know what the problem was (fixed now) but what hurt was that there was no love. No courtesy, sympathy, apology nor help. Just pressure to move on old man.

A sham of a medical facility only concerned about maximizing profit over actual patient care. A revolving door for talented patient care specialists to be disrespected and underpaid. Maybe you can feel good about getting a deal, but know you're not getting medicine, you're getting a profit minded bundle. Until someone new decides to buy the property and run it properly it will always be known in the industry as a souless wholesaler.

Very poor customer service skills, I expected my weed buying experience here at this facility to have been much smoother but unfortunately its was the equivalent to dealing with the miserable workers at the DMV. I'll definitely be buying from the Marabis Dispensary on archer from now on where they actually assist and serve you with kindness and decency.

Before the stay-at-home order was enacted, the lines moved very fast and the energy there was always great. Now they have an appointment system for recreational users, and I love it more. You can be in and out in less than 10 min. Highly recommend this place!

As a medical patient it is very important that the dispensary meet my needs. My dispensary was really good but I must say this dispensary tops it! It's a whole different experience! From the moment you walk in. Allen was really helpful on changing dispensaries, registering process, and he even gave me royalty treatment because I was really concern about the change. But since I have spoken with Eddie before he was kind enough to get him. Eddie is really knowledgeable and patient! Really good deals and dispensary. So glad I made the change.

Herbal Care Center is the best in Illinois! My son is a medical cannabis patient who is complex to treat. He has a G-tube so the only means of treatment is via liquids or patches. The knowledge and expertise of the staff and familiarity of available and appropriate products is impressive to say the least. The personalized customer service we receive is simply outstanding. Additionally, since the industry has been opened up to recreational use, they have continued to prioritize their medically dependent clients-even going to the extent of creating a separate entrance for them. We do not live close, but believe the added travel is far outweighed by overall experience.
