I used to love this place. But recently went in there during Covid, and NONE of the employees were wearing masks or gloves. Not one of the customers either, even though it's a small shop with everyone standing close to each other. And, this despite the fact that they are now mandatory in King County by law. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable going in there, and will NOT be shopping in there again, as it just seemed like they had zero regard for the safety of their customers. I love pot, but not enough to risk my life by shopping at Theorem again. I'll now continue to go to the dispensary down the street, where all of their associates are masked and gloved, and there is someone at the door restricting how many people enter at a time.

I'm a regular and since the beginning of this year, their selection hasn't been par, too expensive and I've been going elsewhere. I was in there today 3/15 around 5pm to give another look but had to wait for room to browse at the case because another customer decided to bring their pitbull in with them that wasn't a service dog. Their buying decisions haven't been great and their business practices have also slipped and their prices are gouging. That was enough for me to decide that's the last time they get my money.

1st thing I would like to say, is that this place is awesome! Every time my girlfriend and I go there, we're treated with the same respect we get every visit. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And reliable in their continuity of these aspects. I would like to say pet friendly to an extent (?)My girlfriend has a chihuahua in a backpack that they welcome every visit. And occasionally have treats.I'm not sure about larger dogs though, as space can get limited at times. Overall I would recommend at least a visit. 😁

My one and only shop to go to. The prices are a bit expensive if you don’t know what you’re looking for, very reasonable if you take the time to look. for the quality. Personally, I love the pre-rolled gram selection, everything from a simple flour joint, to an infused, keif dipped joint. Also-the employees are some of the finest living humans alive on the planet.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have excellent recommendations and haven’t let me down yet when they put me on to something new. Matt and Joe were terrific. This is not an in-house review. I’m an ACTUAL customer. I just love to review places that impress me with their customer service. And Theorem Cannabis certainly did just that.

I recently moved into the area and am so happy to have discovered this little gem of a store. I came in for quick joint, and instead walked out with a variety pack that was recommended and on sale. They were great! The service was also outstanding! All of the employees seemed to really be educated and seemed attentive to the needs of the customers present. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a positive experience!

Kenmore can only license one pot shop, and I'm so sad that Theorem was what Kenmore ended up with, the prices are very high compared to what you can get from other shops less than 10 minutes away, and the bud tenders are rude, my friend asked for a "Joint" and she looked at him and says "we don't sell joints we sell pre-rolls" we walked out and never went back. You can't trust the good reviews since they offer a discount in exchange for posting a good review. I'm telling you though save your money and travel into either Bothell or Lake City to get your weed, Theorems selection is also extremely weak, drive the extra 10 minutes you'll be happy you did.

It's got weed in many forms.. I think the only one in Kenmore. Being I'm in Kenmore it receives a convenient star but you can only get there one direction from 522. I do like the bigger establishments for sheer selection and browsing..But they are a very convenient distance less than a mile from home....

When I first started coming here it awesome; super friendly staff, knowledgeable, informative. I would spend a minute talking about cannabis in all its wonderful forms. There was no sales strategy needed. Now i feel much of that staff is gone, only to be replaced with salesman. It's always deals, deals, deals which is ok however for people who are beyond that, a more experienced smoker, like myself, does not care for fan fare or deals. I want to walk in and talk flower not the cheapest way to be high. I still stop in here and there but my last visit was so stale and impersonal I just wanted out. If you want a good deal, sure stop in but do not expect any of the staff to really help you outside of the sales placard. NOTE: parking can be challenging. Small cars are your best bet but if you drive a tank it'll take a minute to park. I sometimes like to park on the trail and walk up the hill.

Super nice staff but they’re just interested in sales. I picked out a nice dab rig for $60 (already a decent price for a small piece of glass) only to be told at the register that it’s actually $120, and they won’t even budge because of the mistake (I probably would’ve paid $100).Anyway I come home to use it for a little more than 24 hours before the neck snaps like peanut butter brittle. For real? Lost my business for life.
