The pizza is pretty good. Lots of options. But the service ever since they moved, is pretty sad. EVERY TIME we have called in the last 5 times, we have been hung up on when put on hold. And 2 separate times when we ordered delivery, they called us back after an ETA of hour, to reconfirm our order because they some how misplaced it, which ended up taking a total of 2.5 hrs by the time we had our pizzas delivered. I don’t know if it’s because we order 4 pizzas, or if they’re just unorganized. Other reviews have said the managers have attitudes, and I have to agree with them. They always have attitudes when we call to ask questions politely. All In all, great food but terrible service. Don’t order delivery. Choose to eat in.

My husband decided to order us dinner tonight as I am not feeling well and what a disappointment. We have not been to Woodstock’s in years and I sure as heck will not order from here ever again. Our food was terrible. The pizza was so salty and the crust was bland and thick! The garlic bread tasted awful just like the crust of the pizza. The toppings slid right off of the pizza and not because it was hot! My kids who love pizza took a bite and didn’t want to finish the rest. $50 down the drain.

The new facility is great, outdoor seating and bar being fantastic additions. Pizza is still good as ever. One complaint is their shift to a sit down and wait to be served model. Their employees don't seem to be properly trained in this type of service and so the wait times become way too long. My first visit to the new location saw 1/2 hour wait for someone to take our order. The restaurant was not busy. Then, because they gave our pizza to the wrong table, we waited nearly an hour for our food. Aware of the inconvenience our server gave us a 1/2 off our next purchase coupon. My next visit was to use the previously mentioned coupon. After being seated we waited 1/2 hour for someone to take our order before I went up and ordered at the counter. About 20 minutes after ordering at the counter, our server came to take our order.I would recommend either proper training of servers or go back to the old model of ordering at the counter, receiving a number for the table and waiting for the pizza to be brought to the table.

My son and I love pizza! This is our favorite sit down pizza place! You order and pay at the register and they bring it to your table. You can build your own! Depending on what you order, cost varies. I'm gluten free and build my own. There's only one size-large for GF, but it's worth it! The establishment is clean and staff are friendly!

You know a pizza place is real good when its packed. I go thru Chico often and this is my usual stop to get my grub on. What do you want, tasty sauce?..done...fresh dough?...check it..cheese that is gewy and flavorful that stretches long strings when you take a bite from the pizza to your mouth?...done!! They also have different types of pizzas out of your normal pizzeria. Salads are also fresh. The service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is great with tv's situated all over the place. Definetly try the dessert pies they are scrumptious. You'll love the crusts because they hand toss them everyday and you can stuff any extra toppings that fell off into the end of the crust since there's a pocket there. Its a college town with great pizza so expect it to be crowded. You'll love this spot!! Pizza up !!

There are so many good memories here! This place is great for big gatherings, events, and fundraisers for clubs or organizations. The staff are all incredible and the food is awesome of course! They really care about their connection with the university and it really comes through with the deals they offer, the contributions to campus events, and the decor of the entire store.

any business that recognizes people who are associated with disaster relief, recovery or first responders gets an automatic 5 stars. to bad it only goes to 5. not only are these people respectful Patriots, the food is excellent and you couldn't ask for a better atmosphere for a pizza pub. good job to whom ever is responsible for making Woodstock's what it is.

Tried Woodstock's for the first time yesterday and I was not disappointed. We ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and a combination with a side of wings. The wings were FIRE FIRE. I think the best wings I've ever had at any pizza joint, not kidding you. If you're into the spice life they have this neat lil sauce lineup with all kinds of sauces to add to your pizza. Also the girl at the counter was cool as f*ck. Oh and the place is pretty big with alot of seating to choose from and it's clean. Will be returning for sure
