its allwhiteI was working as a security guard. Got sent home for not wearing a pound of make-up. Then put on night security alone with no bathroom, no tazer, no flashlight. Also 2 days before i was sent home i paid 65 dollars for a fingerprint screen. They refuse to give me my money back for that.

I'm a weekly customer. This week, I placed my order, and it wasnt there when i arrived for pick up. I drive 3 hours, to try a new vape, and you sold my reservation of it.How do I know this wont continue? I'll drive to Effingham for assurance that the product in my cart will not be sold, while I'm in route.

I order my products. Wait in line for 2 hours and they were sold out of what i needed. Unprofessional. Employees couldn't care less. This is not a joke. This is MEDICINE that is vital and needed. Go anywhere else if u r looking for anything other than 1 joint. They cant even get enough product to sell rec more than a couple days a week. Lost a loyal customer today. Someone who drops 800 a month. Their website is useless. 90% they cant update their products properly. Prices do not reflect sales tax. Colorado disp prices always add tax so no one is surprised. They dont answer the phone EVER. They would rather have you drive 3 hours and ask in person at their convenience. The owner has no clue what they are doing. 15 employees working at once with 2 registers. Why have people pre order if an order is meaningless and they do not hold tge product u ordered in tge order in which its received?

Please do yourself a favor and take the drive and go inside the dispensary. Its beautiful, inviting, educational and a wonderful experience I'll never forget. We stayed overnight. If they don't have what you're looking for on the rec menu, they may offer the flower of the day at the register, so take a little extra, they'll help you maximize you allowed allotment. Bravo Zulu Thrive. That's military for great job.

When I got here their were 14 people ahead of me. Luckily it moved fast and the entire process took 30 mins total (roughly). The prices are lower than Marion. They also had flower when I got there - something they don't advertise on their website. They don't always have flower unless you are medical, but it seems at times they do. White Chocolate bars rock. The vape pens are pretty decent and I actually prefer them a lot of the time. Flower is of great quality. What you would expect from a dispensary. I recommend to give them a shot. Just remember you may wait in line for 30 mins or 3 hours, just depends on the time and the day.

Horrible experience. Apparently their web designer never had a class in web design. Who designs a shopping cart system and neglects to create a confirmation page? Really? Second, apparently no one here ever took a business class. POINT OF SALE PEOPLE! You collect the money and move them out QUICKLY. There is no excuse for having a line that backs out to the adjoins field.Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place at all costs. There are better dispensaries in Illinois. In the time you will wait, you could have driven someplace that actually sold flora.

I really like the staff at Thrive. Despite IL not being ready for recreational marijuana use, every staff member done their best to explain the laws and questions about product. Thrive treats its medical customers great, they go beyond what have to do, to make sure medical people get everything they need, including helping with paperwork, pointing you to physicians that sign State paperwork for medical marijuana card. I would recommend both rec and medical marijuana consumers to check Thrive out and see if it fits your wants and needs for your legal marijuana purchases.

Had an awesome experience; did not have to wait long to get in or out. My liaison Drew was extremely helpful , this was my 1st visit to a pharmacy. I have smoked for almost 50 yrs, now they have all these strains and names. I told Drew what I was needing and wanting; he hooked me right up as well as recomend a balm for my migrains. Awesome place, awesome staff.

Went today and the experience I had was amazing the staff was very helpful and nice and you felt very relaxed walking in and it was so clean a fresh feeling too ..the wait was not long it was worth it all and not even to get what you want you didn't have to wait long either ...I highly recommend taking the trip to this dispensary TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Got my 5Statrs keep up the work !👍

Edit: The prices are starting to rise after new ownership. I hope they implement a driving discount for out of town monthly visitors. With the current pricing, I might as well goto Effingham which is 30 miles less. >>> Easy to find, Plenty of smiling faces, awesome product selection, great 420 sales. I will return. Happy Easter!
