Came in just to browse, ended up getting some gummies. Fantastic customer service. Jay helped me with my order and was one of the first employees to welcome me. Very knowledgeable on products. Definitely coming back again. The interior is dope and they got a pretty awesome selection of herb and cannabis products. I'd give it 10 stars if I could lol.

Please check your product before leaving the building! I purchased a pack of pre-rolls and gummies from this place. Took a taxi from there back to hillsboro only to discover the next day that the package of prerolls was empty! I called them back to let them know the situation and they recommended that I taxi down again and repurchase the product for a discount, although I didn't get what I paid for the first time.Outside of getting hijacked for my purchase the gummies were good but I won't be revisiting this place. If you're in town visiting stay away from this dispensary. Try electric lettuce

My partner and I live right down the street from this location and are regulars for sure. The budtenders here are always warm, friendly and helpful. I love that they offer prerolled joints in packs for superior convenience! Thanks for being awesome to everyone that works there and I encourage you all to stop there for your goodies! You won't be disappointed!

I live in seattle and frequent quite a few dispensaries thoughout the state but i have to tip my hat off to this one here in Portland,you have reminded me of something lost over the recent explosion of the cannabis industry,CUSTOMER SERVICE/APPRECIATION! It has become more a profit driven business of "get in and get experience from what it started as , a "thank you for comin in" type feel! Thurman Street reminded me of how it used to be ,thank you! Thurman st collective usually is a 4-5 star place of business when the usual customer service representative is working. Today that was not the case because a employee/ghost told me "your gonna have to wait" in a stern voice. Which is not a problem but the demeanor of the employee was your not important and just get the hell out of my store. Fine, but I did not show or act inpatient and do not need to be told that. Instead, "we will be with you in a minute," would of worked. All in all there was an ignorance to common courtesy and should not be that hard to comply with. All other times that the worker who was present today are recommended for your dispensary needs except on Wednesday morning.

The best people work here- They have amazing strains- If you are new the the world of marijuana I highly recommend them- The owner is amazing- his staff is great- It's kinda like the cheers of the dispensaries here in portland- everyone knows everyone in the neighborhood. Its by far my favorite (yes I live 6 blocks away) but I have tried many others and they are still my favorite.THANK YOU TSC for always listening to my problems. lol.
