We've just opened up accounts here a month ago, and we've spent two attempts and a solid month trying to get debit cards for those accounts. Twice now the bank has screwed up on what they send, said "oh, whoops, sorry. We'll rush another set!"... then two weeks later another incorrect set arrives.If I can't use the accounts that were set up, then they don't do me any good. I'll have to find a bank elsewhere.**Edit** Hey! Third time was the charm! This time I actually received the cards I ordered. Have another star, Timberland Bank.

I guess I have been spoiled by the "big bank". Timberland has very rudimentary online and mobile banking. There is absolutely no support whatsoever outside of thier ridiculous bankers hours. The phone number on my debit card is wrong. I'm going to go back to the "big bank", where I can do almost anything via online/mobile banking, I can't even remember the last time I actually had to speak to a person at the "big bank". I guess they are good for an old school small town bank the caters to old school people that refuse to move on to the 21st century.

As we came in, to open a New Account with this bank. With a decent amount of Tax Return. We are told it is to close to Closing Time. And "MAYBE",.. we could come back at a more Convenient Time for them. ...ain't happening... Say Goodbye to the Money. (which I display just because : )And say goodbye to a new Customer.Which has turned his back on you ? Hometown Bank?Must only be for family members.
