I pulled in behind one of their taxi's at a local coffee shop's drive through. The lady driving the taxi, put the taxi in reverse and almost hit me. She proceeded to wave her hand frantically at me to back up, apparently I wasn't moving fast enough for her, (because I didn't immediately know what she was doing), she kept waving her hand at me and still backing up. I called to complain; the man who answered asked what I wanted him 'to do about it', 'she had just gotten a call'. If I ever need a taxi, I now know it's not safe to ride with Mason County Taxi; who also have the time to run, take care of, focus on kenneling the publics dogs........and taking the phone numbers from closed kennels.

The woman that drives these taxis is very very rude. I’ve driven a couple times and she seems to have a patience issue in which I’ve heard her snap and lose her patience on a phone call with an elderly woman who finally just called back and canceled her taxi ride. My little baby was crying when I called for a taxi, trying to juggle a few things at once and she snapped at me telling me she “couldn’t hear me over all that screaming” and not in a nice way. Upset because this is the 2nd time I’ve heard her snap and that’s how she talks to people? Watch out! I’ll have a car again soon, I’m in a very temporary bind... but to those who have to deal with this rudeness all the time with no choice, I’m so sorry for u. She obviously feels like she can be horrible to people because there’s only two taxi services around here.
