My experience at the Timberline Herbal Clinic was very disappointing. I was rushed when choosing a flower to take home, it wasn't near closing hours (they don't like people to browse). I ended up buying two pre rolls. I came back again later this month for the prerolls and they had the same ones as last time in the same jars which had been all month as far as I know and they took the price up for those same crusty j's. I opened the joint to put in my bong and noticed it was all leaf! Plus a couple tiny stems. I'm not pleased considering I want bud, and they sell shake joints which I didn't buy. Besides the low grade product and weird customer service.. The shop is pretty bland and could use some cool art work.EDIT: there is not a high demand you had the same joints for months!!! lol. ? Why lie? And also lie about the leaf I seen with my own eyes?. And I was most certainly rushed and seen the person after me get hurried along. This dispensary is not professionally ran and very rude on there responses. ****Your response clearly shows the poor customer service you have calling me a liar instead of doing better with your product or a coupon for a poor experience.****

When I'm in the area (2-3x yr) I like to come here. The gals don't seem bothered when I ask my annoying questions like "can I see that" or "mind if I sniff that". I've never had to wait & the staff is always helpful

THE WORST! If you are in the market for Moldy, overpriced MMJ, sold out of a trailer, by the least appreciative people in the world, you've found your dispensary! I recently purchased a 1/4 of the Bubba Corleone, which was not an indica as described, not a 1/4 at all (weighed 1/2 gram light), and was MOLDY! See the photo. I wish I would have seen that in the store, but I trusted them foolishly while they crammed my "1/4" into a tiny container. This is absolutely unacceptable! I can't use this at all! I'm on disability, so it's tough for me to part with $100 sometimes. Please think about this before you shop here! EDIT: You say you have everything tested, why don't you have that very expensive analysis of your strains on display? Simple - because you haven't had any tests done whatsoever. If I'm in any way wrong, feel free to post something from a certified lab, just screencap would be fine. Bet that won't happen! And please stop with the "we wouldn't sell you anything that wasn't quality" bit... You'd sell oregano if you could get away with it. You're as shady as it gets with your moldy, nasty product, Timberline. These attempts at damage control are too little, too late.

Worst customer service I have EVER had at a dispensary. The receptionists I have met were incredibly short with me and quite snobby. After being treated this way I will make sure no one I know will make the same mistake I have. Reminds me of the business rule "one happy customer will bring in one or two more customers, but one UNHAPPY customer will lose you fifteen"
