Really disappointed in this place. They used to be really good and now they have changed their method of ordering. Everything is by message now so there’s no personal customer service where they pick up the phone and talk to you.I’ve left several messages and no one calls me back. I have since found another delivery service.Customer service has gotten bad in the last few months.Bye Today’s Meds

Tonight was my first time using TMC. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Danielle was patient and helpful when answering all of my questions about their service and menu being a first time patient and all. The delivery was lightning fast. I was surprised to find a first time patient goody bag full of awesome stuff....I'll recommend to anyone. Stellar meds. Thanks guys! Be talking to you again soon!

Trying to place an order can take multiple calls. If you get a delivery and something is defective, you either have to order more product or pay a delivery fee for a refund. The drivers are always top notch nice people, the overall customer experience with placing an order or getting a refund is very aggravating. If you get through on your first call and nothing is wrong with your order, this place is great. Any slight hiccups and you could be waiting all day for the problem to be fixed. This is obviously very unfriendly to people with any sort of schedule to keep.
