Me and a couple of my friends came here to bowl. The first thing you'll notice is that it looks somewhat run-down. It'd be an easy 5 stars if the atmosphere wasn't affected so much by it's appearance. That said, it was a great time. For 40$, the four of us got to play 1½ games. I'd prefer if it was paid per-game rather than per-hour, but I'm sure there's reasons behind that so I won't subtract points. Besides, getting stopped in the middle of the game gave me the satisfaction of, ahem, "winning."

I've always went to Parkway bowl growing up but after tonight I would never go back again!!! If you are of color they treat you differently. My brother and I walked up and there were 2 caucasian women, one with brown hair and one with colored hair with glasses. Looks as if the girl with glasses was in training. The women with brunette hair asked us to go to the other guy who was on the other register, we stood in line with one guess in front of us and several behind us. The two women then began to help with the line but insisted on helping everyone in line behind us and we were next!!!! We stood there for atleast 7mins and the two women would not help us!!! The guy was still assisting the same guest. We will never go back again, that was definitely racist!!

The servers and attendants are usually friendly and a pleasure to speak to. I wish the lanes were a little more balanced. Other than the lanes, there's plenty of pool tables, games, foods and a couple of kiddie rides. Great family place :)

As you can see in one of the pictures we all have bumpers up. That's not the way the game started. So everyone knows you paid by the hour.we started to play as we started to play the machine start kicking pins back onto the gutters and all over the placewe had to wait for a service guy to come out and fix it this help it happened several times. At this point it probably took about 15 minutes of hour that we paid for. Upon asking to speak with the manager or an adjustment on the timethe service attendant looked at me like a deer in headlights. So we kept playing our game with the bumpers up only two players were supposed to have them. If I were to bowl I bought anywhere but here. as you can see by their response they really don't care about the service they provide for anyone. Sorry about the difficulties why we offer me a free game of bowling

When it comes to League bowling, this place is the worst. Drew is the contact person for league bowling, but he doesn't return emails, or phone calls, and he doesn't pass phone messages along to Dot. I complained to the Manager, John, who said he will take care of it personally, and all he did was give it back to Drew. Finally they tell me I'm on a team, and when I show up to bowl the first week, they send me home because they don't have anyone else there for me to bowl with. What a screwed up operation!

Had to wait almost 10 min to receive what I ordered because the cook decided to leave while orders were being taken. Cashier was a bit rude when asked if I can give us some plates for a cake we had taken for a birthday and had us wait longer on only to be told by someone else that decided to help that they didn't provide plates for cakes. Bowling was fun, waiting for my food longer than 5 min wasn't. Cashier needs to be more friendly and smile more

Took my son bowling for the 1st time he is 4 yrs old. They were able to get us a lane right away the place was ok busy lots of people but still able to get a lane which was nice. The servers that walk around are friendly and took our order and brought our drinks back quickly. The staff was kind enough to see the kid and offer the metal thing that helps then roll the ball down the lane. Been coming here since i was a kid and it will be nive to continue to now bring my kid. He had a lot of fun he said he wants to do it again.

Generally a good bowling alley. Prices are reasonable. Staff are helpful. Great for families.It's a shame that the lanes malfunction as often as they do especially during league but it could be worse. I do wish that we had known before we started the newbie league that the prize pool is not dependant on league standings but your team's overall pin fall. We thought we had won big for getting 1st place.We received nothing due to us not placing first or second in overall pin fall. Dissapointing but we had fun. We most likey won't be back for a while but thanks for the memories!! Leavel 4 for life!!

Used to be cheaper. Went there for Superbowl for a beer and was shocked that not only was there no super bowl specials but the prices for a pitcher of beer was way more than I ever would want to spend again ! I hate to see what the everyday price is . It's too bad I always thought the little bar in the middle was the best place to watch a game . It's not too crowded small bar and you have pretty much your own bathroom . Also more than 3 great TV's to watch it on . It was a nice hidden gem that no one thinks to go and now I won't either . Not with those arrogant prices .

We had a celebration for our organization and everyone really loved the idea of bowling. I wasn’t sure which bowling alley to pick, but I’m soooo glad I picked this one! The staff were all super organized and knew exactly how to make our event special. There was a waitress that came around and ordered drinks and food for us and it made things much easier. Also, the staff at the info desk were great too! Would highly recommend that you do your bowling fun parties here!
