I shopped at several other dispensaries and found them to be impersonal and unorganized. I found Abatin and was impressed with their customer service and have been shopping there monthly for a couple of years now. I pass several other shops to get to Abatin and did so last week. I tried to place an order online beforehand, but the internet was too slow and I found the order system to be confusing to someone with my disability. They have been so accommodating in the past so I thought I'd just go by. The security person who met me out front said I could not enter unless I had an online order. No exceptions despite my explanation. So I called from my car and convinced the front desk staff person to take my order. She could not see my order history and I could not see a menu, so I guessed and placed a phone order. As I waited outside no other customers came by. Ten minutes later I went inside and was the only customer in there. My complaint to the manager drew little response. I know these are unusual and stressful times, but imagine how they are for someone who already had difficulty making it through the day before Covid 19 appeared. I made the effort to be a loyal customer, I would hope to get the same in return.

I've spent a lot of money at this store, and the only time I've had an issue they ignore me. I ordered a product listed at 100 mg on the website for mobile order, and when I opened it, its listed are 10m mg(90 mg less! That wont do anything). I've contacted them multiple time but they ignored me. Really freaking irritating. They take 1000s of my dollars and the only time I need them to fix an issue, they ignore me!

Friendly people and you can bring your dog, which is great. Unfortunately, went in last week and bought a cartridge for the e pen. The sales guy showed me 3 options and I chose one. I'm no e pen guru and wasn't aware there were different types of pens. When I opened the package, it ended up being one that is not compatible with my pen. Called and asked if I could exchange it for one that is compatible. The answer was no, but they could give me 20 percent off the battery that the cartridge is for. Ya, no thanks. That's just bad customer service. I'll be shopping elsewhere and you should too. Plenty of businesses to choose from.

I've been to Abatin twice and both times were pleasant experiences. I was referred by a close friend who goes there often, and she was on point with her recommendation. I ordered ahead of time on their website before the store opened and by the time I got there (about 9:25 am), I was in and out within 3 or 4 minutes. The guard at the door was really friendly, as was literally every employee that I encountered. If I had more time I would've looked around a bit. Next time!

Okay let's start with I'm not a big weed smoker but I do suffer from anxiety. I was at a point in my life where I was struggling with anxiety attacks frequently. I mean like when I wake up I had anxiety, when I went to sleep I had anxiety, on my way to work , and on my way home. So my point is that by the time I discovered Abatin Wellness I was desperate. The staff is so Friendly even the security guards make you feel special. They are knowledgeable and they have a great selection of CBD products. Make sure you have cash on you because some of the banks don't like to cooperate and sometimes you are unable to use your debit cards. The building is well ventilated so you want be smelling like weed. So go to Abatin you wont regret it.

This shop has the best atmosphere of any club in downtown. If you’re looking for a calm, compassionate experience when purchasing your cannabis, then this is a great place to check it out. I work for the distribution company for Ash and Ember Vapes, and this is one of the few shops that carried them in the area! If you ever wanted to look within, and give it a try, head over to Abatin! They are very organized and efficient, and they even have Ipads so you can scroll through their menu! Its just a gorgeous dispensary inside, and a great place to shop in! I even found one of my favorite artists from a painting they have on their walls! Truly, a wonderful place!

I have not yet had the privilege of Physically visiting this business, my experience with Abatin has been online only... However, I am already quite impressed with this business based solely on my email correspondence with them!-They answered my questions knowledgeably and thoroughly. - I recieved responses from them very quickly - Jenna was incredibly helpful, pleasant and offered up information and recommendations that were so helpful to me! I believe that they are knowledgeable, honest and professional. I will absolutely recommend this Dispensary

I visited for the first time today, and, from the beginning, Abatin was very welcoming. Parking was super easy behind the building, and the two guards were very polite. Kaleigh assisted me. She rocks! Her knowledge and patience are so appreciated. I left with a product I chose based on my needs and her advice. I will definitely return! The entire experience was awesome!

This place is one of those places that will always stick out in your mind, for the way You are Respected is extremely rare. A lot of shops took/take advantage of this new law, totally for as much profit as they can "get" out of you, the parking is extremely terrible, try to "trap" you into their price point, and security is washy. At Abatin, the service starts on the side walk, by being greeted with respect, and acknowledged. Then it's still keeps going when you get in. Always opening the door, one is Always outside and inside, and the staff are wonderful! Their selection, menu, and price points are Fantastic! They even have a Rewards system, which they are the only ones doing! This Place is number ONE. They make you feel like a best friend, part of their team, and that they really want to you to leave Happy! Stephane is their Manager and I can see why this place rocks, for a good Manager sets the tone, and the Tone at Abatin is a perfect pitch!
