They get five stars today. But last week a Mexican girl waited on me and she was very mean and rude to me. I bought the same pot this week as i did last week and this time was treated right but last week she gave me all stems. I don't know what i did to upset her iam very nice to everyone and i spend alot of money there. I really hope she never waits on me again.

I have shopped here numerous times and have never had a problem. I went in tonight and CJ helped me. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me two options, which was also all they had in terms of 1:1 CBD 1g carts. I was trying to look at them but he kept them pressed against the glass case. I tried to pick it up so I could actually see it and he grabbed it from me and said I couldn't touch it. I understand that the industry has theft issues, but the fact that he wasn't making it easier for me to see what he was showing me was pretty unprofessional and rude. I left and will not be coming back here. Other shops have much more tact about this.

Friendly, clean and great selection. Easily accessible from hwy 97. Stopped in to pick up something to help my daughter make it through her sister's wedding without having a complete breakdown. I must admit i should have gotten something for myself. The staff knew exactly what i was looking for and got me set up quickly. 10 minutes in and out. Great service.

Had an incident where i bought some wax and it had problems with the packaging that caused it to leak and make a big mess causing me to lose some of the wax. Brought it up to management and they fixed it up right away and they were super cool about it too. I was upset with them at first, but they managed to put a smile on my face at the end of it all. Thanks guys.

This place is awesome! I can't believe I don't remember the young ladies name that helped me but she gave me great recommendations. I loved the wedding cake 🍰 and the ice Queen 💎👸 both str8 fire 🔥🔥🔥. Best I found in Bend so far! I love this place so much I'm trying to work here.. *** Update this place was a great experience the first time I came here... Then I tried the other location and didn't receive the best service or recommendation. The worse part of my experiences with this company was the unprofessionalism the GM Sarah Rivera displayed. I have hired and trained over 100 employees and have never treated someone like this. It's a poor reflection on your company. You didn't only lose a great employee but you also lost a repeat customer.

Bought 18 auto flower seeds only 10 germinated, and the ones that did were weak and died easily. F this place, they couldn't tell me anything about the seeds they sold???? Only 1 guy there even knew if they were sativa or indica, and that's all the info they could tell me. I asked about 10 questions about their seeds and got 9 I don't knows! I would give them zero stars if I could I will NEVER GO BACK

Best dispensary in Bend! There are definitely several, very good, dispensaries located in Bend, however, I think this one comes out on top for flower and concentrate every time. I'm not a huge consumer of edibles so there could be a better dispensary in terms of selection or variety of edibles but in any other category, Tokyo is superior. I liked a few other dispensaries prior to making this conclusion, but Tokyo Starfish has proven itself, time after time, and is now, by far, my favorite. With a relaxed, dog-friendly, atmosphere, it's a great place to find what you need, especially if you aren't sure what you need when you get there.• Friendliest dispensary staff around (or imaginable) everyday all day. [} Super knowledgeable, no-pressure employees can easily direct you to what sparks your interest or will happily show you any and all of their products until they know you are happy, satisfied and comfortable with your selection. [} Extremely friendly employees that actually know all their products in detail. So you don't get stuck with something that doesn't meet your needs or something you didn't want. No buyer's remorse here. Unlike one of my previous favorite dispensaries where I was sold two vape pens that didn't work for my needs by employees that acted like they knew exactly what they were talking about yet, in reality, knew nothing about the items which they were trying to sell. • Awesome variety and selection of flowers and concentrates. [} Tremendous variety to choose from, with multiple varieties in all different price ranges, plus several awesome deals, listed daily in-store. Weather you just got paid or you just paid your bills, there's some chronic for you to enjoy from Tokyo Starfish. [} Large and growing selection of concentrates to satisfy any customer's unique needs and wants. Wax, shatter, PHO/BHO, honeycomb, cartridges, vape pens and vape pen accessories. [} Not personally big into edibles, however, Tokyo does appear to have a wide variety of edibles in multiple forms with multiple potency levels.• Smoking utensils, accessories and other merchandise. [} Smoking utensils: from small, inexpensive glass pipes to dab rigs to silicone bongs. [} Sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, stickers and more.
