Small medical and recreational shop. Can do delivery and pickup and they have a web line and if no one is in line they let you walk in. Very odd process doing curbside. They absolutely refuse to answer phone if you have a problem , delivery is a complicated and slow process. You get text and calls with different out of st. Zip codes, from office and drivers. Was pretty good place but guards have tripled, glass is up and employees demanding tokes.

For the customer its definitely an easy-going experience. My average wait time in the lounge is under 7 seconds. The whole group is incredibly friendly too, and there's a couple options for everybody including myself; I'm mainly seeking products high in CBD with low or no THC. Whether you're only looking to spend $20-30 like I am, or if you're in the $100-$200 and up crowd, it's definitely you're good bet. The final point to make is of course their very accessible location, which is also (blessing in disguise) off the beaten path so as not to get flooded by too many +0uris+s goofin around. Visited a few times in 2018 and again recently, always enjoyed the Acapulco Gold! :) thanks everybody

This dispensary focusses on medical patients first then recreation next. The staff always takes the time to explain the ins and outs of their products. I took my mother there the other week. She is naive about anything marijuana. The gentleman who helped us took 15 min to listen to what my mother was lóoking for, then made suggestions. When she had questions, which were many, he took the time to answer them in "layman's terms". My mother walked out of there very happy about her purchase of a balm and bought 2 CBD prerolls on top of that!

Awesome store all a round, super clean place. the staff is extremely helpful allways on top of everything. knowledgeable about all of their products hell I dont think i have ever seen anybody frown in this place. Extremely fast even when your behind 50 people in line its olny a 5 to 10 minute wait, if that. Not to mention thier prices are very fair and affordable.they definitely have the trifecta of pot stores. Great pot ,great prices, great people. Highly recommended if u haven't been here u should remedy that!!! Toast the bowl And have a happy 420!!! Thank you TOP NOTCH keep doing what u do!

I am a Medical Client and have been coming here since it opened. Great Client Service, people there are friendly and will get to know you over time. Oh, the weekly promotions offer some pretty awesome deals so look for those and act quickly. Promotional products move very fast.I am usually in and out in 15 minutes regardless when I go. Medical Clients get priority service. Know your pharmacist and know your budtender... 😎

Out of the few dispensaries I’ve visited Previously ( Pisos & the Grove ) top notch is by far the BEST! Ive had one issue out of the year’s visiting and the manager Logan took great care of me! And clearly kept me as a customer! Amazing product , amazing night crew (customer service) etc! All around i am pleased with Top Notch most out of them all(:

I don't think I've ever left a review for anything, but this place impressed me. Weed shopping never seems to be quick and easy, so I was prepared for a long wait as I pulled up to the parking lot and it was full. I finally parked and went in. Waited about 2 minutes in the waiting area. The inside was packed. I told the bartender what I was looking for. He gave me 2 great options, paid, and was out the door in under 5 minutes. 25% thc 1/8the for $33 out the door with friendly, fast service. This is my new home. 10 stars.

Listen, the night crew is the best! Dominick was amazing! He explained each cartridge to me and was even knowledgeable about what would help with depression. I was very pleased. I’ve been coming here for a long time (not the best experiences) and dealing with him has been the most pleasant experience I’ve received. Wow is all I can say. If you want a great cannabis experience, come to top notch at night & ask for him specifically. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

The best and most efficient dispensary I’ve ever been too. How busy they were is what attracted me. I’m an Illinois medical card holder whom usually checks reviews first, that’s why it was so important to leave a GREAT review. Great place... Great prices and staff... This is a place that always has the same strains Everytime so you can actually find one that works the beat for you and be able to come back in a week or so and they still have that product.. Not like other places where the product is constantly changing and can never find something that works cause it wont be there next time.... Keep it up top notch... I have found my new dispensery...THANK YOU
