upd. 15-16 March 2020 were the word days ever. I don't wanna back to this hospital. So far it is the best hospital around Hemet area. It looks like a resort. Yes, some personnel was not perfect, but most nurses who worked with my family member were awesome.It was easy to call and ask everything by phone. They were polite and made all appropriate tests to make diagnosis. Comparing with another medical institutions LLUMC Murrieta is an example of excellence.

My wife and I just had an emergency visit here, we very much appreciated the sense of urgency and help we receive from the nurses and doctor! I did not catch our nurses name but she had a bob cut of rainbow colored hair who just AMAZING she made us feel very comfortable and seen that my wife was in a lot of pain and did everything she could to help !

Came in with the wife because she has cardiac issues so I would consider that priority, not for LLM. They had their security checking in people? What! That should have been my first clue. My wife almost fainted in the waiting room, the security guard and nurse didn’t look concerned when I advised them. That was my second clue. It still took them a good 15 minutes to get my wife to the back. We gave them a quick history of my wife’s issue. They had us waiting for a good solid hour before the nurse practitioner came to inquire more, when we were rudely interrupted by an inept employee and the NP left to never come back. We waited a total of two hours in their triage without further questions or follow ups by anyone. Once we got fed up of just sitting around, my wife decided to leave and the staff looked and acted with minimal concern. WE WILL NEVER GO TO LLM AGAIN. If you value your life, I recommend you go somewhere else. Straight trash.

I am not sure why it has such low star rating?! But I had a great experience since I arrived. Receptionist, nurses and Dr.. staff were very polite attentive and quick.I would definately come back here if needed. They ran so many tests to make sure everything was done to ensure my health concern wasnt anything serious. They followed up with a call which was awesome.

I expected my VA experience to be horrible after hearing all the stories and reading the negative reviews with low ratings but this places was amazing. I have never waited more than 5 min past my appointment time (to include waiting in the room for the doctor) , the staff are friendly and my doctor always orders everything I need to be seen for within 24hours (normally within 1-2hours). They really seem to care for Veterans unlike the horror stories I’ve heard. Great experience thus far and I’ve been going for almost two months now.

When we first got there, things were moving really fast. We were seen immediately and got tests moving pretty fast for my daughter. Once we got to our room is when things slowed way down. Our nurse was constantly tracking down the dr saying he was on a “break”. Nurses were great and helpful. So was dr once he actually showed up. Our total time there was 7 hours and majority of that time was waiting around in our room.

Loma Linda was one of the Best hospitals with an impeccable reputation. Best of the Best!! I moved back to Cali an it's the lowest of the lowest. They staff in the ER have gotten Lazy. They don't take care of the patients like they use to. They use to me on their toes all the time now it's like, I just need to do my job and get out. This is very disappointing honestly.

If I could zero stars I would. The behavioral health side is horrible. Considering that the Inland Empire is one of the largest active/veteran military areas you would think we would have a better facility. I can never get through to make an appointment and when I do I am left on hold forever. Melissa the receptionist on the behavioral health side has the worst disposition about her. She is never happy and speaks to people with an attitude, considering where she is working she might want to speak to people with some kindness. The pharmacy on the 5th floor is NOT for the VA. You can pay for the meds out of pocket. Why is this facility here again? There is not enough psychologists or psychiatrists, like I said for having so many active/veterans in the area. Very sad. No walk in clinic hours... If you want that...you need to drive to Loma Linda. Please have a wonderful day and please reach out if you need to talk to someone.

My mom was sent to LLUMC Murrieta from a Kaiser Urgent Care. She was transported by ambulance per the kaiser doctor. After almost 12 hours my mom was still on a gurney in the hallway. When LLUMC Murrieta finally decided to transfer my mom to Kaiser Riverside my dad asked why she never got a room and was told it was because she was a Kaiser patient. I don’t think anyone should have to be put through even 1 hour sitting in an ER hallway. She was sent to LLUMC because her Kaiser MD thought she was having a stroke. Unacceptable. When you go to an ER you should be treated as a person. No matter what insurance you have!

My god! I have had to eait! But this is ridiculous. I am too ill to leave and go somewhere else!!!This is not right!
