Weed is good, but not worth the wait. Understaffed. Someone should open a shop next door for the people that walk out because of the wait line.

Expect a fairly long wait time + prices have got pretty expensive within the last 6 months and inventory has been pretty lackluster as well. Oregon bud company has better deals on equally good, if not better bud.

Stopped by today and I do have to admit that I have high customer service expectations so I went in with those expectations. Well, today they were met. The staff was very friendly and treated me well. The environment was very pleasant and well kept up! There was several selections to chose from and I walked out very pleased! Keep it up Top Shelf!

I have been doing business with these guys now for little over a year and I have to say by they are one of my favorite shops. They are all polite and courteous. They are very considerate and extremely helpful. This is one of the only shops on the market out of the 100+ I have had the pleasure of doing business with that literally have a line out the door every time I come- no matter the time. They get to everyone as fast as possible and once they get to them they help them in the best ways they know how. They are knowledgable and efficient and have the most positive outlook on what this industry can do to heal the consumers in it. They are extremely price conscious so the consumer doesn't have to break the bank in order to enjoy the products they love. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

The best prices in Portland I've found. Best days to go are Wednesday and Friday, the day after they restock inventory. Great selection most of the time and in my opinion the prices are the best around for quality product.

If their website had actual real-time inventory listed I would have given 5 stars. Dont rely on the website alone if you are headed in for a particular strain, call first. Although its supposed to be connected to their POS system and reflect sales its almost never accurate. Also plan on spending at least 20 minutes in line waiting.
