Everything you need can be found here when it comes to those specialized needs. I truly enjoy this store and the variety they offer. As for the people, I have only met Joanne and Lloyd so far and they are more than willing to help and make sure you get the best for what you spend very friendly and very helpful without a doubt. I'm making this the only store of its type for my needs.

Brought something back to EXCHANGE. Still in the original package. But was not able to EXCHANGE the item because I was told they have a no return policy. She then question my integrity by saying I left the product in the hot car, so she wasn't going to take the item back. Needless to say I won't go back to top shelf even though they're the closest shop to me. I'll drive a little further to actually get some customer service.

I walked in to TOP SHELF GIFT SHOP last week for tobacco needs, and found the nicest little every thing you need and want shop. The owner, Rachel? was so very friendly, we talked for a bit, I like her. HONEST, SINCERE, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL !!! THANK YOU CHARLIE.
