they close their shop early they don't put signs up letting their patients know they don't honor their discounts the manager Chris is very rude has no respect for any guests that come in there only cares about himself if I was you I would never shop here again I spent $600 a month at the shop and they have no respect for anybody he is a punk who should not talk to his patients the way he does I cannot believe top-shelf hired somebody like this he is not a good manager like a little kid standing on the street with candy yelling at people very unprofessional

Pretty good deals good bud But customer service not so good they have a woman working there (shes young ) she is very rude.... not just to me but to other customers too ive seen first hand... on the other hand a tall skinny guy works there he has great customer service hopefully if you go in its him and not the rude over weight girl short haired, she rude not good at her job...

Used to be my new favorite spot, until the morning of 420. I paid for Top Shelf budtenders gas because his card wouldn't run, almost a week haven't seen or heard from him since. Great selection and prices but look at the people they employ, try to be nice and get taken advantage of. Never giving this place my business again, wish i knew the kids name. Chubby, beard, dark red honda or Toyota that looks like it needs to be parted out, anyways this kid has no integrity whatsoever
