Dr. Connor: I can’t believe how much better I feel after an adjustment and treatment on the decompression table. My neck has been a chronic challenge for much of my adult life and I have tried many forms of treatment. The combination of the upper cervical chiropractic adjustment and the new decompression table is amazing. My pain was reduced significant after the first treatment and has continued to improve with each treatment since. The new approach is handling a lifetime of problems that no one else has been able to treat successfully. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Dr Conner and her staff are excellent to work with. When I first called to set up an appointment, her assistant listened as I explained that I had been in a motorcycle accident. (I was hit from behind while stopped at a red light) I explained that I was suffering from severe whip lash that was no longer improving from physical therapy and was actually starting to go backwards. She set up an appointment the next day. On my visit with Dr Conner, she took the time to listen to my concerns and asked questions about my situation and treatments. She took several X-rays and did a work up of the treatment. The next day she provided the details of the treatment recommended and the cost up front. I decided to move forward with the treatment and after the first visit received substantial relief from the pain I was in! I have continued my treatments for the past 3-4 months. The treatments have been great and I have actually gained much of the mobility back in my neck and back and continue to see improvement and relief from the pain. I have found Dr Conner to be an extremely caring and personable to work with. She has helped improve my neck and back Pain as well as made recommendations to improve or treat other health concerns and truly works to provide care that is hard to find from health care providers these days. I am grateful for the care and continued healing she has provided for me! I would and have highly recommended her to anyone who is suffering from back or neck pain.

What an amazing Doctor who truly has healing hands.Dr. Shannon Connor is currently providing treatment to 3 members of my family (which includes me) and the results for all of us have been nothing short of amazing!Without getting in to explicit details about my condition and treatment, I'll start by saying that I felt pretty good overall, so had I not seen first-hand what Dr. Connor was able to do for my daughter, I probably would not have sought her services. Anyway, unknown to me, I had a significant number of vertebrate under excessive stress, twisting of the spine, imbalance between left to right leg (14 pounds more weight distribution between legs), a mild S-Curve in my neck and my head was tilting off center by 4 degrees. Again, I felt pretty good, not even remotely aware that my body was undergoing a daily regimen of self regulation ultimately masking my conditions.One could argue that if I truly felt good, why did I go in the first place, and second did all of these conditions really exist? First, I wanted to know what I didn't know, and second, I can answer that with a definite yes! I say this because I no longer feel pretty good, I feel great. I'm able to push myself harder in the gym (more solid mind to muscle connection), cycling (less fatigue, faster recovery), working in the yard (no more stiff back, shoulders or legs) and also quite noticeable is how I feel after riding my Seadoos. I used to feel fatigued for a few days after a weekend on the water, now I can challenge and push myself harder than before and feel just like any other day, full of energy and ready to go another round. Dr. Connor is Costa Mesa's best kept secret.

We come all the way from Phoenix to see Shannon! She has helped several members of our family. I have had chronic neck pain and the pain is gone! My son was always cracking his neck and had slumped shoulders. He has stopped that since being worked on by Shannon. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares for her patients. "Dr. Shannon" as my two sons warmly call her, has been an amazing part of our medical care. Both my sons and I have been her patients for many years. Having had back surgery, I occasionally struggle with new places weakening along my spine. Dr. Connor provides amazing relief! I also love her holistic approach to our overall health. She is a big believer in relying on natural herbs and remedies to boost your immune system and adrenals before it's too late and you need to take pharmaceuticals. We always look forward to our office visits and plan on many more years under her fantastic care.

Dr. Shannon Conner is the best!I'm so happy to share her gift with friends and family. She improved my daughters posture and eliminated a lot of pain for her. My daughter Heather has been enjoying regular workouts and running again. A part of her life she was missing, until Dr. Conner realigned her neck and spine. I'm eternally grateful to the good Dr.I figured I was in pretty good to great health based on general statistics. I was shocked to find out that I needed help to improve and maintain good health. My only regret is that I did not go to Dr. Conner sooner. For years and years I suffered back pain that severely affected my ability to be effective at growing my business and enjoy life.I had tried regular chiropractors in the past with little to no effect.My visits do Dr. Conner are now a regular part of keeping a happy, healthy & active lifestyle.

I travel to Newport Beach each summer and enjoy every minute I get to spend on the beach. During my last trip out my neck and back completely seized up and I was in tremendous pain. After seeing Dr Connor and having her evaluate my situation she came up with a treatment plan and within two sessions my pain had subsided allowing me to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Her work is amazing!

Dr. Connor was able to help remove years of ongoing nagging back and neck pain, increase my mobility, and improve the quality of my sleep. She was also able to diagnose and treat holistically several nagging issues I'd been unable to shake after years of unsuccessful diets and exercise plans. I came to Dr. Shannon a couple of years after a car accident. I had neck pain that just would not stop. She was very caring and compassionate. After x-rays we talked about my treatment plan, and made the appointment to start. After the first session I was amazed at how I felt. I am now on maintenance. The pain is hardly there and does not interfere with my day that way it was. Its been a couple of years now and I have to say I'm still feeling great!!
