Feedback:
The staff has gone above and beyond making the necessary preparations to keep themselves and their customers protected during the corona virus pandemic. Everyone is in masks, they put up big plexiglass barriers and they are the first business I've been to that is giving customers free masks, which is VERY generous and goes to show this business is run by people that care about their customer's health. Well done.On top of that they have a great variety of products with great deals and some of the best prices in the valley. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Will never go there again & I will make sure I take my business elsewhere. I’ve gone to a few other locations and got treated better than the way I did here. It felt as if since I wasn’t known by the employees I didn’t matter & that they had their minds made up that it’d be a one time stop for me. They were wrong and sad to say that I’ll just continue driving to a further location than go here. Even though it’s near by my home. I’d rather spend more on the gas & be treated with nice, polite service.

They have a wide selection of prices and quality of products, which is nice when you're broke, but this is definitely NOT a destination spot for out of towners; its the type of place to size you up and give you the quality of product that you appear to expect... ie: if you don't look like you're local or a regular smoker, you MIGHT be sold lesser quality bud instead of solid nugs or have inferior, hard to move product encouraged.

I've been to quite a few Cannabis stores and I think I like this one the best. There's a sign for each flavor it tells you with color codes whether it's a sativa or a indica or a hybrid. The price for each size how much THC or CBD it has in it. I really love to see all the big jars of flower that they have. I didn't count but I bet there was probably almost 30 jars. Their other products are similarley marked. The owner is a woman and I think it shows in how beautifully the store is decorated and kept so clean. Our budtender Nick was friendly and very helpful and patient. I'm sure we will be returning many times.

I would not go there again if you paid me! After an 8 hour drive from Cali and first time in any Oregon shop I am more than disappointed. Wide selection of product but not precisely top shelf. Everything was machine trimmed. Definitely overpriced, and I don't care what time it is, still your job to help people and be polite. Pretty rude and very snooty. The guys was putting my flower on the scale and I see him picking out the little tiny popcorn buds😞lame. So I spoke up and said my preference is the bigger bud. He snaps at me that's just gonna have a big stem in it fine if you want a big stem. I left with just over 2 grams and it cost me 43 plus tip. Double lame.

Top Shelf has what you need, guaranteed! They have a highly knowledgable staff, great prices, a friendly environment, and the best selection in the Rogue Valley with about 70 strains on the shelf; I couldn't believe it! If you are anywhere in Southern Oregon, I highly recommend going to Top Shelf Wellness Center! It is definitely worth the drive!
