My mother has been a client of Home Instead's for about a year now and we have been so happy with the care that we have received. We have been with other agencies and none of them come close to the customer service and care that we have gotten at Home Instead. The staffing team always makes sure our needs are met and drop everything they are doing to address our concerns no matter how many times I call. The caregivers that they send us are kind and compassionate and are highly skilled. For the first time in a long time I feel I can leave my mom at home and know that she is being well taken care of. Even on the weekends when I know the office is closed, the weekend girls always return my calls and get whatever I need taken care of, even if it's last minute. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I recommend them to anyone who is needing that little bit of extra help with their loved ones.

I’ve been beyond fortunate to have had the pleasure of working for Home Instead Senior Care for the past 5 years. It’s been so amazing to see how well they treat all their employees. We are treated like one big family and they even host Employee celebrations where they acknowledge all of our milestones, so nobody goes unnoticed here. I’ve been honored to take part in a company so dedicated to making a difference in the lives of seniors and employees alike!

A great company to work for. They have flexibility and they understand life. But what is better is the care, dedication, of each of the care givers for those seniors/ vets that want to feel independent for as long as possible. Working there is like giving back to the community not like actual work. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Home Instead Senior Care in Victorville, CA, is a slice of Heaven! I wish I knew about them when I was a young, working mom with small children. My grandmother lived alone. All her family lived out of state - except for me. Having a caregiver spend time with her, when I couldn't be there, would have been a life-saver for both of us! Thankfully, I now know about Home Instead Senior Care. Their caregivers are angels! They truly care about the seniors and veterans. They take the time to listen to them, to help them retain their dignity, to make them feel like they still matter. Plus, to top it off, they give the families peace-of-mind knowing that their loved ones are safe and well taken care of!The caregivers are the heart-and-soul of Home Instead Senior Care; but you need the office staff to connect the right caregiver to the right family. That is where the office soars! By taking the time to know their caregivers, to properly train them on a regular basis, the office staff can match the right caregiver to the family needing care. I would definitely recommend Home Instead Senior Care.

I Love my Job at Home Instead Senior Care! All of the staff that I have met and worked with are truly "Extremely Friendly" and a Joy to work with. Most all of our clients are are all unique in many ways. We assist with Veterans (what an honor it is to reward them with assistance for what they have given to our country), but also the many seniors and the unique care and companionship they need to assist their family members to make them feel Loved and Appreciated and know they have someone whom will Bless them with home care assistance, a great alternative to not having to leave their homes.

Home Instead Senior Care is by far with no doubt the BEST company that I have ever worked for. The whole staff and cargivers are the most passionate people I've ever met, and I'm not just saying this because I'm an employee, I'm stating that they are because of the experience I've encountered with Home Instead Senior Care. When I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer and CML , Leukocytosis the Staff and Owner has been by my side throughout this tough time in my life. I couldn't Thank them all enough. Home Instead entire Staff / Caregivers are hands down the best individuals that I've ever met. I'm very privileged and honnored to work for Home Instead. I would highly recommend this company.
