If I can give less than 1 * I would I've been waiting 3 hours for delivery. When I place my order they got back to me right away they asked me to confirm my address and that was two and a half hours ago. I've called no less than four times for an update and I've been told to drivers on the way every single time. They did say that they're going to throw in a quote free 8th for my trouble. But they're not waving the delivery fee I'm already getting a first-time patient for the eighth. I am just very very frustrated. Dispensaries in my area close at 9 p.m. and I've been dealing with these people now for 3 and 1/2 hours trying to be patient and their customer service is terrible. Don't bother. Long Beach Green room Stone age farmacy I'll do a better job

Visited this place less than 5 times and each time it is a younger type without much knowledge about strains but kind of push you to make a decision to buy instead of educating customers on marijuana. Sales is there goal I guess instead of repeat customers but they dont gave any selection so dont know if they make money. Avoid. Go to one of many choices in area. Honest reviews are appreciated. I try not to leave bad reviews, first because I believe companies screen honest and bad reviews. If you want truth, this place hires semi- (cute-young type) but no real knowledge of the product. Display is very unorganized and hard for customer to look unless they want to bend ackwardly. Manager sits in back with door open.

Great little shop. Friendly staff and a well stocked store. They carry a wide variety so there is something for just about every budget. I am always to excited to see dogs working anywhere and this was no different. The LB Wellness Center accepts debit, and that is a huge plus for a recreational cannabis business. There is plenty of parking in a moderately busy lot. I will be returning!

I'm here almost every other day and have never experienced anything these low rating reviews are saying. The staff could be a bit more knowledgeable but they all do a pretty good job of explaining and taking time with new customers. Prices are consistent with their products and I've never felt pressured or rushed and im pretty indecisive sometimes. Wish they had some more concentrate options like rosin or ice water hash. But all in all I love this place.

Terrible terrible terrible don't walk away from this place run! I went there needing medicine sign in with all my information to have some young girl who didn't appear to know what she was talking about start yelling at me and putting three bottles in front of me and asking me "do you want one or not"! There were about 4/5 very young semi pretty girls trying to push their products. I was very confused and anxiety started kicking in with her fast speaking and pressured sales tactics and their products are not even close to cheap or Fair priced and this is for medicine. I even informed her that she was bringing my anxiety level up and ask her if I could please speak with her boss about her conduct I didn't tell her it was about her conduct or sales tactics she told me she would get the boss. I waited and waited and waited looking stupid, so I just went and found him myself and asked him if the girl had told him that I was over there waiting for his assistance and he said no she did not. So I informed him of what happened he apologized and I left and we'll never be going back! If this is the way one of these stores are going to be run this one should absolutely be shut down they are not helping patients whatsoever actually quite the opposite and charging a fortune for medicine. Something that might be out of their hands is the amount of tax you have to pay for medicine they charge 16% for medicine. When I go to my Pharmacy there is no tax! So the city needs to put a stop to taxing patients that need this medicine because it does work, if it's for recreational I don't care how much they charge I mean I do because I don't like anybody being overtaxed. But that was my experience horrible place horrible experience. I sure hope there are other places not too far away that will calmly inform you of what you're buying. Not just throw something on the counter and say do you want it or not, wow! And she knew I was a patient because I informed her. Horrible way to treat a person with an illness but then again maybe they don't care at all about the medical patience. I thought medical patients were supposed to get a discount as well as lower taxes, 16% taxes is not low by any standards. Especially for medicine. Get it together Long Beach don't be greedy on the people that are ill and need help, it's just cruel!

My uncle who is 80, goes in and explains his needs. They vary. Every time they sell him the most expensive flower. When after researching the strains offered at the time Less expensive flower would have done the trick. Also, after researching the strains he recieved, they don't cover his ailments. Gorilla chem was last purchase. This flower didn't even do squat for him. Prices for the quality of flower that isn't up to par is insane. Just have to go a couple more miles to get quality, and reasonable prices. To bad all around!

Picked up a bomber pre roll that didn't smoke properly (packed too tightly) called in hoping to be compensated or at least replacement for this loss (vendor instructed me to do so) but Marissa wasn't trying to hear me out. Constantly being interrupted and yelled over me while I tried to explain the preroll was defective. worst customer service ever. It's one thing to say no but another to just be rude and condescending to patients. Never going back and never referring to anyone. Bad enough to raped with taxes but to top it off have this negative experience just drives me to go back to the trap houses up the street. Waste of time and money.

The older white blonde lady is very rude she should not deal with customers. It's one thing to say "I'm sorry there must have been a misunderstanding but unfortunately we don't have that deal today" that is polite. But to say "there's no way you were told that, why would we have said that, that makes no sense" is RUDE. & to huff & puff in annoyance would make any customer agitated. I've been going to this shop since I moved to LBC but now I will never return because of how unprofessional and un kind the manager was.
