First thing I must say is that I appreciate y'all at TH (have for a long time) and must acknowledge that even before the state made it mandatory, Torrey was ahead of the curve in terms of the level of service they offer. Smoothest online ordering possible that has been going on for years, seriously these folks know what they're doing and they do it very well. I have been coming to Torrey as a medical patient for a while, and I think they are the best in the state. I've been to many shops over the past decade, in every major metro in California. The knowledge, compassion and all around great experience from every single person associated with TH cannot be understated. Truly the best in the business.

I placed an online order for pickup (during the virus). Their hours are open until 9:00. I arrived at 8:59, but no one was at the outdoor pick-uo counter. I was greeted by a security guard who told me they were closed. I told him I had an online order for pickup - he was polite and acknowledged I was there by 9, but said "too bad" and wouldn't even talk to the people inside to tell them I was there. I tried to get there earlier, but I drove all the way from Oceanside (30 minutes each way) and hit some traffic. Regardless, I was there on time and a business should be open for their stated hours, especially when they have an order coming.

The budtenders know what they're doing; their recommendations never fail to impress me. I have been a regular for nearly the entirety that I have been a medical marijuana patient. The 20 minute drive to my favorite dispensary is always a pleasure. Their products are high quality, and I have referred many friends here. And last but not least, their staff is so friendly! Their customer service is truly amazing.

Every time I’ve gone to Torrey Holistics they have been excellent with their customer service & very knowledgeable on their wide range of medication ! 1 Recommendation would be to offer a monthly special on a “Flower” “Edible“ Or “ Concentrate“ product for your Customers.

Super simple and easy~! Ordered online, had pick up times to choose from. Chose the next available, which was in half an hour. Was 3rd in line at the curbside pick up. Had my order checked and brought to me in about 10 minutes, by the curbside gentleman, who was extremely efficient, polite. All in all, perfect. As always, Torrey Holistics is consistently efficient, professional, more than courteous, actually very sweet workers. Been going since cannabis was legal in California. LOVE them!~!!!

Signing up and ordering online was easy. Got there, showed i.d. and paid, the nice gentleman who was outside went in and got my order (pick up of course), and he came right out and gave me a bag. Ordered the forbidden fruit, it was moderately priced, but good, nice popcorn buds, and was happily surprised to find a free pack of brown natural style papers in with the bud. Overall easy, as and nice experience, thanks.

Clean and quick service. Always has great and consistent product.Now onto the staff. They are absolutely wonderful, they are all very knowledgeable and helpful. During Stay At Home Order, Torrey Holistic's has gone above and beyond to serve their community in the safest and most effective way by allowing curbside pick up. LIFE CHANGING PEOPLE!!!!!Also special thank you for the hand sanitizer with each order! You guys are amazing!!!

I had an amazing experience with this company. In the middle of a global pandemic they were willing to deliver stuff to my house. They even added a sanitizer. I had some questions before I made a purchase and went ahead and called. I was greeted by a friendly representative who went above and beyond to answer my questions. I love this company and would highly recommend it!!!!!!

The on line order process was great, easy to navigate and great selection in menu. They were very helpful with my order. And the curbside pickup is a breeze, the associate was very nice and had a pleasant attitude. I wish I could have got her name because she deserves a large tip.
