I moved here from Iowa about 3 years ago. I've been going to track town pretty much primarily ever since and I've tried all the dispensaries around the Eugene Springfield area. I've had two problems in one month out of three full years of going there and they definitely right at the wrong. As a medical patient track town is by far probably one of the best dispensaries to go to great service great for medical patients great prices and great loyalty service. A lot of options to choose from and one of the better places to go in my opinion.

Honestly one of the few great spots in the state. Went to other dispensaries closer to Portland and wasn't as happy. I'm sure there are some good ones but I never found them. This spot tho is definitely legit. With daily deals and friendly tenders I was happy with the service, not to mention the fire products! Make sure you check out the Divine Kush Breath if they still got it that is some serious Flame!!🔥

I went in and had Kate help me and when I asked for a new strain she yelled at me and stormed off in the back... I’m a customer... and she yelled at me for changing my mind. I went in another time and I heard her making passive aggressive comments about other budtenders as she was helping someone ahead of me. She scared me from wanting to come in again which is sad because I used to really love coming to this place for the customer service and great prices. Great prices aren’t worth the risk of getting her to help me though.

I have been to many dispensaries in the area, and actively seek not just the quality of the product, but also the quality of the store. This place has gone extremely downhill from the yester-years and is less to be desired now, save a few employees who make it enjoyable. I appreciate the budtenders, excluding Wyley and Katie who are both deplorable choices in character and display poor aptitudes towards their positions; some of the reviews will show I am not the only one who feels this way! The owner runs this dispensary like a sweatshop and is borderline breaking a lot of rules that both the Bureau of Labor and OLCC may like to look into based off of my few times shopping here. Something needs to change because it is apparent that it is slowly degrading into a place that may not see the coming years, and I really did like it at one time...EDIT: It appears that the business decided to reply and deflect the issues to being a disgruntled "former" employee, which is not the case here. I wont be returning in the future now because I value accountability as a customer and it appears that my assessment is only becoming truer that this "company" values none. Keep deferring blame onto the employees, even when they aren't, it is a real good look.

I travel all the way from Portland to go to track town collective because it is one of my favorite dispensaries the bud tender was very nice and respectful but his sales pitch was a lie He said That if I got the ounce he would make an 8th of top shelf same as the the other (60$). Ounce I wanted to get a cartridge as well I picked it out (lavender) and it should’ve been a part of my first transaction but it wasn’t.....another gentleman who is another random customer came in with a taxi and just ask if he could buy a cartridge and I let him get in front of me in line and that wasn’t a problem. After getting back to my transaction the gentleman forgot to put the cartridge on my transaction so when I saw the price I thought I was getting the price with the cartridge So I get to my car since I always check my exit bags now from past experiences not only is my receipt not in the bag neither is the cartridge so I go back in asked for my receipt which is always supposed to be in your exit bag I was charged the price for the top shelf eighth and didn’t give me my receipt which is 100% bs I ended up coming back inside buying the cartridge anyway since again I love track town but that was some really shady business ........I wanted to use the 25 to replace my rokin mini that had just bit the dust so you would have had my money anyway the owner and management team has always been amazing like drive an hr and a half to a dispensary amazing but I’m good on it for a while.....

The owner Sam really knows his stuff. He has recommended specific strains to help me with anxiety, depression, and OCD. I had never used medical marijuana before, am religious, and was very nervous to buy. He made it so I didn't have to be. I felt completely comfortable in his store. I can't count the number of times he has sat down and explained to me the science behind his plant choices. This place has high quality product. I've tried other stores, but now this is the only place I'll shop. Do yourself a favor - get the best stuff from the best place. Karma all around!

Needed to fix my squeaky drier. Went in find a ball bearing kit for my drum. I was surprised to walk into this store & find 3 fabulous women, who know almost everything about fixing household appliances, hard at work. They were so kind & funny. The place looked of old fashioned chaos, but these women knew where everything was. It was a great experience & I will definitely be back

I've worked with Sam as a vendor and a customer. Not only is he conscientious of his customers through the product he sources. His character is genuine and he's looked for that in the staff he now has employed. Amazing prices and stellar consistency among Tracktown's products. As well as genuine and respectful staff. Make this shop my only stop!Run in and say High!
