One of my favorite Portland dispensaries, THC is located on the Green Mile and should be your first stop. If you are a total newbie or a seasoned cannabis enthusiast, you will find a wide variety of products and a wealth of support from the knowledgeable and welcoming staff. THC boasts an incredible selection of flower and their strains are thoughtfully curated from some of the best local purveyors. Their prices can be a bit (wait for it...) high, but you get what you pay for and you won't be disappointed! Check their daily deals and budget flower specials for savings.
