Feedback:

This was my favorite dispensary for close to a year. I live in Toledo ohio and it is an hour drive to come here, but it was totally worth it. With that being said, i have had multiple issues with budtenders there given me incorrect products. I'd leave and make it halfway home and they would call me and say something wasn't given to me, or I'd get home and something would be wrong with me order. This has happened at least 5 times, but they're always kind and understanding and willing to make it right. Well this happened again yesterday. I placed an order over the phone for pick up and I drove home. I went through the bag and realized I was only given 1 wax when I asked for two. I just called to complain and the manager was extremely condescending and did not care about this constant inconvenience. I severed ties with the dispensary which is heartbreaking because I really do love them. But as someone who spends thousands of dollars monthly with this place, I will not be talked to and belittled how I just was. Extremely disappointing and very poor business methods. I'd also like to mention the last few times I've called to place an order, the people have been extremely rude and less than helpful. I'm not sure what's going on there, but something needs to change.
