My experience here was one of the best I've ever had at a dispensary. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the budtender. She listened to my needs and made excellent recommendations. I would definitely visit again. If you have any questions just call ahead; they were very pleasant and informative over the phone as well. Product was high quality and effective.

I set up my physician’s authorization appointment here for my MMMP card application and had a great experience with the in house doctor during the application process. The staff are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, should you have any questions about the medications,their use, or their medicinal qualities. Some of the concentrates are a bit pricier, but their selection is also consistently unique to their location.

Drove over 35 minutes to visit this place to get told it was too late for new patient. I know no other place would have done that. I will never give this place a chance again. Now i have to go with out meds that i badly needed. Mind you I was in the area so instead of racing to my normal place before they closed. I had heard to some many great things but then to be turned away. They are not about helping patients, it's about the money to be made. Other places would have said normally we don't take people this late but they would accommodate. Sadly when stuff like this happens most of the time I wouldn't care, but when you claim you are for safe access it's not true. Other wise I wouldn't of been turned away.......

Only care about the money not the patient not to mention that their products are over priced and mainly bogus. Not a place to shop for anything at all really. I not having any knowledge at the time and not knowing better over paid for my certification here. So terrible only used the other two allowed stores until I got my hard copy card, since then I have not returned to any of the three stores certification immediately gets you. Seriously don't go here for anything.

No appointments required even if it is your first time to the medical dispensary. They were not able to give price information over the phone and I found out upon arrival that prices are 20-30% higher than anywhere else I have been. Flower selection was not great. For example, they only had one sativa strain available. Price information was not visible, so I had to ask about each individual item. Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. I will not be returning.

Customers receive a free preroll with every good review so take some of these positive reviews with a grain of salt (notice the general compliments). Although, by all means post and get your freebie. I used to frequent this dispensary regularly until new management took over and I was refused service. I was told that my card was probably fraudulent and the manager wouldn't serve me. His claim had no basis. A very insensitive comment, in today's political climate, when we Latinos are generalized as criminals. I'm a social work student, in the #1 program, dedicated to helping people, not a criminal. Anyway, I need meds that aren't produced in a lab so I started going to Om. They have 250 mg edibles for $15 (which beats the 100mg blastronauts for $20), their nicely cured house shelf ounces are $250 (compared to $500 of powder dry flower at AAHC), they offer free drinks in an awesome waiting room, they have free music and comedy shows, validate parking, usually throw in a freebies, and their customer service is amazing. Now they sell Pure Michigan Oil, my fav vapable concentrate and it's $3 bucks cheaper than at AAHC. Again, I am biased against this place but all of my comments are based on my experiences shopping for the best dispensary and can be easily verified. Let me know if anyone finds any better prices. As long as it's not at the Ann Arbor Health Collective because they will no longer serve me there.

Not too bad...not too good, the other reviews that said the tress weren't that great , were true. Honestly, I can get bud on the street that is as good as most of the stuff they got there...the folks that work there range from " snooty ", to " kinda cool "... And then there is the price issue, sometimes i would go in and they would say a price for one thing, and the very next day i would go back in and they would give me a totally differant price for the exact same thing....smh. Would I recommend this place ? If you got better options...then NO. But if they are the only place that you can get tress...then YES.

Had multiple problems with the prefilled cartridges, from them missing threads to screw cartridge on properly, to them leaking, to one clearly having been tampered with (it was sticky, cheap tip and had a plug that didn't fit). Original quality of Illuminai prefilled cartridges were amazing 2 months ago.....now what I thought was the same product, is being sold without boxes, without the printed logo on the cartridge , cheap tops and the quality absolutely sucks. My opinion.....Tastes like liqiud gold product being passed off as Illuminati brand. Bud quality seems to differ greatly from bag to bag. Tenders are great....but quality seems to have taken a dive. They were happy to replace the items but its a long drive to return bum products. M. Stopka

I LOVE this place, the large selection of herb is always fresh and helps with a huge range of ailments /issues. Lets not forget the wide variety of delicious edibles (my fav: key lime choc bar and gummy people). Ok, now to comment on the staff...... Can I give 10 stars! These guys are SO AWESOME, friendly, patient, non judgemental and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about each and every product (helps when you are new to these meds and all their benefits). - Kudos! * * * * * * * * * *
