I feel like the people that work here don’t know anything cause everyone tells me their on price/deals I came in on Tuesday night and they told me wed/sat 20% off and when I came to the store on Wednesday they say it’s 15% off Why will the other employee say it’s 20% off And sometimes they close 10 mins early while the website says 11:55 Never again

This is the shop I go to most. Super friendly staff and they are always happy to help you find something you'll like in your budget. They have a loyalty program that will give you a % off of your total based on how many times you've been there before. Super cool. Edit: they used to use punch cards but now their loyalty program is computerized and tied to your phone #. Also I wanted to add that I think a lot of rec stores take themselves too seriously. These guys are professional and helpful but the whole vibe is down-to earth. If you wanna shop in some bougie fancy-pants retail space with hand-carved fixtures and fake Edison bulbs, this place may not suit you. It suits me just peachy. :)

Hit or miss shop. Inconsistent selection, the staff is friendly but they always run out of product in such a short time. One day it's this, one days it's that. I get this is an issue all over the industry, but I've never had a shop be this inconsistent. If I were them I'd start ordering in larger bulk because this happens to me half the time I go in there. Definitely going to switch to a shop that can consistently satisfy my needs.

This has been my favorite Seattle dispensary for a long time. They consistently have intelligent, informed staff. They make great recommendations when I ask... more recently I have been ordering ahead through their website which has really helpful and detailed descriptions of each strain. You can search their inventory, sort by THC and CBD percentages, price, etc. It's so helpful and I love being able to plan ahead and figure out what will suit my needs,

I drove up before they closed the place was closed drove 30 minutes out of my way and the employee just drove off sign on the door even said they didn’t close for 10 minutes so I made it in plenty of time and had predecided on what to get. What’s the point of blatantly advertising a close time to not honor it when customers arrive I had other choice I also could’ve gotten to in time and I know for a fact they would’ve opened the door and greeted me in. Definitely marking as do not return time to go home empty handed. Time to go tell everyone I know to never shop here!

Poorly managed, little to no actual Medical Marijuana knowledgeable staff; despite so called certified. Cheap prices, but mostly on the abundance of NWCS products. Should be called NWCS Depot. But the blue dream is nice. Not staffs fault who put what on the shelves, so I'd tip well. Horribleness of Bad Parking availability can't be understated. Fweedom gives a vastly better Medical Patient/Card Holder Discount, and it's very close off 99

Doesn't allow perfectly legitimate tribal, passport cards nor vertical identification if they don't feel like it.Bad parkingAs a professional, I must say: Bad business and highly suspect.. heard/seems there's some sketchy stuff goin on there.Binary thinkers with seemingly 0 (zero) knowledge of the law or proper business. I'd pay more for better customer service and management (on top of their inflated prices on barn hay nugs)Check out a Greener Today, 160th and Aurora. Super intelligent, coherent, intelectual and just super nice people. Trees is trash.Their (Trees) google ratings are out-rated by people that are paid for good reviews. Not a fan of this place, their selection, or their staff. It sucks to get in to their lot and there is not much parking. The employees push garbage weed and sell it as top shelf and it smells like hay when you get it home. Every time I have tried their sales, it has been garbage product and to boot their full retail prices are overpriced. It has been the same thing each of the 3 times I have visited. I will not be trying this again in the future. Third time was not a charm for me... Oh yeah, they are also the only store who refuses to give their prices out over the phone. It seems as if they know that if they tell people their prices before they get them into the store that the person will find somewhere else to go. I would suggest to not waste your money here. There are plenty of other shop in the area with better prices, parking, and staff.

I've been shopping here since the medical days because this is by far the friendliest and most personable pot shop around. They always have a big selection that ranges from cheap but not dirt weed to expensive tasty weed for the connoisseur. They also carry glass and smoking equipment of every kind. I picked up a bong from them the other day which was 20% off and is my new favorite piece.

I recieved a text saying that "everything in the store was 25% off,wow...went out of my way to par take in this wonderful deal...well...it wasn't true,the budtender pointed to some 5×7 flyer on the counter and told me there were certain things that weren't a part of the deal,I responded "well thats not what the text said...she got a little attitude with me whole explaining the situation...well the situation was this...I recieved a text saying "everything 25% off" and that was not the case...I was tricked into coming in for something that wasn't true...I have to say been going to trees since early last year,they had great prices,friendly service...and good deals,granted I used to come in first thing in the morning and maybe I should start doing that again because the budtenders seem alot more friendly in the morning,the evening budtenders are rude,plain and simple,not to mention I was tricked into coming in,which I really do not respect...oh and the rewards program,JOKE...been down for weeks and I really dont think there is one,just another scam to get you to come back...this place used to be really on top of things but since the new year they have gone down hill...too bad...I do not think I will be coming back...
