They just sold me 2 vape cartridges, one of which didn't work. They refused to exchange it and I have NEVER had that problem at a dispensary before. Cartridges can be faulty. They just made me eat the cost. I will never go here again. You would think with how dead the town is right now with no tourists, they would at least want to take care of their local regulars. Guess not. Definitely just lost my business.In response to their response: NOPE. They wouldn't even EXCHANGE the one that didn't work. Definitely no returns. Didn't even ask for that.Conclusion: the owner is awesome. He got in touch with me in an extremely timely manner and resolved the issue. I feel like one employee needs more training but I have amended my star review based on their quick and efficient response in fixing the problem.

Great atmosphere!!! Was greeted at the door by Amber then helped out by Lauren super friendly girls!!! Helped me with anything I needed definitely come see these two if ya come! The other one that was there just stood there on her phone..... No greeting no how can I help you or anything so definitely ask for the two that wanna be there!

This place is great! The workers are so friendly and knowledgeable about strains and their variety of products. Amber helped us out and knew her stuff even suggesting her fav products like the Dixie drink. They're actually a sister company to Magnolia Road next door. love how they have their buds on display with those little magnifying cases. Awesome, must-stop on your visit. Plus they're logo and design is so cute!
