This place is the best! Their selection is outrageous, and the customer service was phenomenal. All of my questions were answered with amazing knowledge and their prices are totally reasonable. Alex was the human who assisted my dad and I and he made us feel comfortable and provided us with so much insight and information. This place is truly a gem. Best provisioning center in the area!

Very friendly employees. The process seemed a little strange at first but then it all made sense. It was all new to me but the person who helped me was knowledgeable, caring and answered all my questions and I left with the products I needed for my specific issues. They made me feel very comfortable because I was a little nervous at first, but by the time I left I felt confident that I went to the right store.

This place is very professional. The smell of marijuana is sort of strong when I went to walk into the place. I had to get registered with the business before I could be seen The staff member I had after my wait to go inside was excellent. They only have a small amount of people allowed in the merchandise room at a time.I learned some things about my asthma and got some product to try for myself. I was instructed how to use the product and I am very happy with my results. Thanks again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, EASY REGISTRATION & MUCH BETTER CHOICES OF AVAILABLE PRODUCTS, NOT GREEDY ON PRICES FOR A MEDICAL MARIJUANA RECIPIENT BY PERSCRITPTION WISH RISE IN ERIE, PA, WAS NOT SO GREEDY ON PRICES. I GET 3 FULL VAPE TANKS FOR WHAT ONE COSTS ME AT RISE. DON'T GET ME WRONG RISE HAS A GREAT FRIENDLY STAPH, JUST NOT ALOT OF CHOICES FOR MY HEALTH CONDITION, BUT BEING ON A DISABLED FIXED INCOME , ONEE PERSON HOUSEHOLD, ONE CANNOT AFFORD VEN 1/4 THE AMOUNT OF MY DOCTOR'S SCRIPT. Today was first time going in there and soon as I walked in ,I instantly felt welcomed and they went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted..Such friendly staff also.i would recommend this as best dispensary I've been to do far.. UPDATE WEEDMAPS plz..Says you have 25$ 8th,n 8$ grams but when I went there it was 10$,and 8th was 35$.Not big deal,I just always use WEEDMAPS to look at what I want before I go there cause it's kind nda far from me..Still great dispensary, just need to update

They are absolutely wonderful! Great quality product and they always have discounts for a great deal! They are super friendly and are very knowledgeable in their product. I've asked off the wall "Karen" customer questions, and they've given me satisfactory answers. The staff makes you feel like home. And it doesn't take forever to wait to go in! I recommend you guys all the time. (:

I love puff! It is my go to dispo. Justin the manager is amazing! He is always so kind and takes the time to show me anything new and explain everything to me. The staff always helps me pick out the best products for my ailments. The prices are pretty good and i like that you can earn store credit. They always have giveaways. Love this place!!!!!

I love this place and I love the product ♥️ DJ hooked me up when I just went there. They really care about your needs they are very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place 😁 and I just went in there today and got hooked up again by Justin!!! I love this place!!! Best despensary around!!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could 😁 very very happy

First visit was on November 1. Won't be my last! Great service, unfortunately can't remember budtenders name but was very helpful and knowledgable and friendly! Went in and had everything I needed, spun the wheel and won a free raffle ticket ( unlucky one 😛😝) , got a complimentary T-Shirt to boot with no hassle or waiting. And I can place my order on line before I leave home and they will have it waiting when I get there. Show ID, pay, and go. Great when I have a 2 hour round trip travel time don't drive and have to pay someone to bring me to get anything in the first place!🎉
