Been going here for years, it should be illegal how steep their prices are. Some of the staff are nice but a couple mainly the females are full of themselves. They really need to do something about the number of dispensaries in the area, some competition would be nice instead of charging street value for their products. And the security guard is rude and strange. Is a shame there are a couple nice people there but the atmosphere is weird. The state needs to do something about not having choices to get our medicine and our letting these owners have a monopoly and rip off customers since we dont have options..

I am a medical customer and today I realized Trinity has zero interest in the safety of their medical clients. They allow persons to be in the waiting room and sales room without the use of face coverings. This puts others at risk especially patients that may be immunodeficient. I also saw no evidence of cleaning and sanitizing doors. The customer who was not wearing a mask was less than a few feet away from me and others. If you are a medical patient I would highly recommend avoiding Trinity. It is a dangerous place to visit.

The rest of my order was good but one item I received had half of the gummies missing and the seal was gone... We wanted to take it back in and have them replace it but we couldn't, we had to submit an email and have a credit to use at the store but that's horrible because we came from out of state, I just think if we're paying that much they shouldn't be taking from our freaking gummies... Someone should be fired if they're doing that...

I'm a seasoned consumer and have traveled to a lot of other legal states. Illinois patients take note; THIS is what a professionally ran shop looks like. While we're not at the super retail stage like Colorado, Washington, etc. where you can inspect the product, this is best experience you will get under our rules. They are super helpful, hold their patients in high regard and maintain their inventory properly so you are handed a bag full of medicine when you visit the shop, not excuses about supply problems. Keep up the awesome work, we need more like you!

Edited: Prices are more consistent with other stores now. One item per person and 1 ounce total limits for medical users! You will not be allowed to buy your full recommendation.-Almost never offers anything in "bulk" (1/8 of concentrates or 1/2 of flowers.-Always out of shake, overpriced when they do have it.-Female manager was rude, the guy that seemed to be running things the next time was friendly and helpful. Seemed very interested in actively researching whatever info was out there to better help medical users.Secretary was polite and friendly. Helped me as she could, then let me speak with a manager. Fairly standard.Female manager was rude and abrupt, even when approached with the utmost politeness to see if they had any actually reasonably priced items or discounts for heavy users. When I pointed out that their prices WITH a discount were equal to all of their competitors WITHOUT, she became outright hostile. I would recommend using any other dispensary and getting educated so as to not get ripped off. 1/8 oz. is roughly equal to 3.54 gramsReasonable prices in Illinois for the current market are:Flowers:<15% THC - Don't Buy. The grower messed up and is trying to offload a failed product.15-20% THC - $35-40 for 1/8 oz. and $120-140 for 1/2 oz.20-25% THC - $40-50 for 1/8 oz.25-30% THC - $50-60 for 1/8 oz and $140-160 for 1/2 oz.Pre-Rolls: Should be cheaper than flower prices. All rolling is automated by machines so it adds very little to the cost and they use cheap shake instead of quality buds. 1/4 oz of shake is $50-60 while best I can find for pre-rolls is 1/4 oz for $87.5Concentrates:~50% THC "Moon Rocks" (singular exception to the next rule) - $80-100 for 1/8 oz.<80% THC Wax/Shatter/Budder/Crumble/Oil/Etc. Don't Buy.80-85% THC Wax/Shatter/Budder/Crumble/Oil/Etc. $50-60 per gram and $120-160 per 1/8 oz (~3.5 grams)85-90% THC Live Resin/Rosin/Sugar/Etc. $50-70 per gram and $140-160 per 1/8 oz (~3.5 grams)>98% THC anything. Unsure, I wouldn't pay more $80 per gram or $180-190 per 1/8 thoughEdibles: All edibles except RSO are a MAJOR ripoff. The value in not having to prepare it is purely personal though. RSO should be $50-70 per gram.Topical: Same as edibles.Vapes: Personal preference? Out of the 10 or so (7+ carts, 3 disposable) over 4 brands I've tried, I would rate all of them 0/10 with one leaky (unreturnable!) at NA/10.Burns your throat worse than anything else I've ever tried, while delivering medication at a snail's pace. Maybe useful to a brand new patient that has been smoking several packs of cigs a day for years? Can't think of anyone else I'd condemn to that. AVOID.Anyways, the TL:DR is to avoid Trinity "Compassionate" Care like the plague. They're the shady auto dealership of MMJ dispensaries, just with a fancy, new coat of paint. They supported laws designed to prevent competition from entering in order to protect their claim (and high prices) for as long as possible.

Quality of care and selection has diminished 10 fold since I started preparing for recreational. They used to be hands down the best dispensary around now they're just as badd as East Peoria . They limit amounts in a way that makes it difficult if not impossible to buy an oz at the oz price that is worth buying. Now moonrocks jump from 120 to 160 an 8th. When a few months ago they were 90. You blame it on your suppliers increase the price, but I'm sure you didn't pay 40 more per 8th. 90 % of the workers are nice people , but the company seems extremely greedy to inflate items that are expensively over priced to begin with. That's how your patients are seeing it.

Sara and Ben need a class in customer service in which they are seriously lacking. I am transferring my patronage to east Peoria where I am appreciated. They have a lot more selection and the service far surpasses that of Trinity. Just wait until more dispensaries are available. I am sure, like me, others will take their business elsewhere. 1 star is much too generous. 0 is more appropriate.

So I would like to share with you my experience buying recreational marijuana at Trinity in Peoria. First I am male 52 years old. I have a business degree and have owned and operated several businesses throughout my life. The first thing I noticed was an atmosphere of oppression. I could feel a slight sarcasm in in way the security guard often barked out orders to customers. I really felt uncomfortable at one point sitting in the lobby that I wanted to leave. It was a "you are lucky to be here" feeling. I really think there is a hostile atmosphere and I can't be the only person who feels this way. Trinity should be greeting customers and make them to feel wanted not like they are being booked and fingerprinted........

Feedback:

Trinity is hands down the best dispensary in the area. They have an awesome loyalty program and a monthly spin the wheel promotion for patients. Their prices can be checked against other dispensaries online in a few seconds and they are almost always a few dollars cheaper. All product and availability issues are the fault of the cultivator and not the dispensary. It’s a shame that not everyone knows and understands that. Trinity’s staff is polite and very knowledgeable and they offer the best service and discounts in town.

I LOVE the staff at trinity!! Absolutely LOVE THEM! It's called Trinity COMPASSIONATE CARE for a reason! They are compassionate people! They treat me with respect, ask me how my day is, they don't mind listening to me if I've had a rough day, they certainly have the patience if your having a hard time deciding what to get! As I'm undecicive! The ONLY problem i have with trinity, is, they don't keep stocked on shake, its hit an miss, when they do order some, they don't order enough, therefore it goes fast! The prices are a bit much, if you can buy 7 grams for $50, then you should be able to purchase 3.5 grams for half the price of 7 grams, 3.5gs should be 25, not $40, $48, $49, $50, $59 and so on.. $40 should be the highest price an 1/8th should be sold, (the higher percentage of thc ect) edibles should be the same, they should sell by weight of the product, as I said, $50 for 7grams, it shouldnt matter if the "shake" is leftover trimmings of the flower, or plant! It still works the same, and people love it!!
