Love Canes! They have done a great job mastering the chicken tender! Compared to other Canes I have visited in the area this one gets the lowest rating for wait time and food quality. The French fries seem to.always be made poorly and you must be prepared to wait 20-35 minutes every time (we now time them as a family game 🙄) if they can work on a decent wait time a 5 star rating is theirs, until then I think they can do better

NEVER AGAIN. Tried it for the first time, in San Bernardino, HOPING it would be what everyone hypes it up to be. It’s basic chicken tenders, with basic fries, not to mention they don’t serve ranch. Along with the first shift crew, it had been an hour since they opened I don’t know what the whole attitude was about or where it was coming from. We asked for a large drink twice, and when we got our drinks we received all the same size, and the excuse was “uh uh it just, yea.” Like okay? Thanks. Not to mention the 4 workers crowding the delivering window, staring as if there was a show being held. The customer service is mainly what drove me to not want to return, I don’t expect to be treated like a royal, but at-least with respect.

So today I went to this place to get some food but I was towing a large long trailer. With the trailer behind me I was unable to go through the drive-through because of the trailer and so I called them and they said that they would be able to accommodate us at the door and they weren’t actually doing those accommodations when I first called. They were very easy to work with and very cooperative with our situation. We were able to get our food really quickly from this great customer service and The food was amazing. Sometimes this place can be a hit or a mess but this specific location has always been a hit for me. 10 out of 10 have to get the Texas toast other than that you really can’t go wrong with the Texas toast is by far my favorite thing.

Sorry to put a one star. This place is good been going here for a while now but the guy at the first window last night who took my card with the accent kind of threatened my bf and I because we were laughing it had nothing to do with him. He asked what we were laughing at and before I said anything he said " remember I cook your food" hmmm okay that's not how you talk to people also he kind of ruine our night and eating the food. Our conversation and us laughing had nothing do with him. And this place is about one love. Obviously not because he wouldn't have said what he said. Just for future reference mind your business.

I live in Redlands and this is my closest location so I come here about three times a week on my way to work and there’s not a single day the manager seems like in a good mood always in a hurry and really really rude and I thought oh it’s because They’re busy and I noticed that Wasn’ t the problem sometimes there is no line behind me there’s no more customers because it’s about 9:30 AM when they open. And I still receive ugly nasty attitude. Another Customer said I’m already used to it lol 🤣

Idk.... i cant call it.Its good Chicken tenders. Thats a fact.But 12.99 for 6 pieces...? Idk....But, ill admit, I visited 2 days in a row... so Canes IS GOOD, if u like chicken tenders like I do....Ill tell you, if u havent had it, DO TRY IT on friday pay day lolEnjoy.Oh... I like that they have Coke 0 on tap.Free refills

Very good place to get great chicken fingers that are fresh made to order. I came by around 1 pm on a Sunday. The drive through had a lot of cars. The parking lot wasn't quite full and I didn't have a problem parking.The service was fast and easy. Since I don't like coleslaw, they gave me extra fries. By the time I had gotten my tea, straw and napkins, they called me to pick up my order. Very fast service.Their menu is limited to only chicken fingers in a sandwich or dish. The dishes come in 2, 4, or 6 strips and include crinkle fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and sauce.However, the star is the strips. They are thick slices of breast meat that are fresh, hot, and really moist. They are way beyond what you can get at any of the fast food restaurants. They actually taste like homemade fried chicken unlike all the other places.To drink, they have the standard self-service fountain and they have great iced tea and lemonade.I highly recommend this place whenever you find one.

I gave this place 5 stars for them going out of their way because I have a hearing disability and I could not understand on their drive-through speakers, I was able to place my order at the drive-through window and they were very nice and helpful. I like this place because it is a very simple menu just getting chicken strips or fingers instead of a bunch of choices all throughout the menu. The chicken was really good especially their sauce and sweet tea. GREAT SERVICE ! Thank you !

This restaurant is all about it's name! Raising Cane's Chicken fingers is all about the chicken plus some fries. I love the sweet tea they serve it never fails the taste buds. Another thing i love the most about this place is they have funny jokes to treat you with like "Hi welcome to Raising Cane"s where we got 99 problems but chicken ain't one. Laugh out loud i love it.

Very simple menu, you can have chicken tenders, or chicken tenders, or chicken tenders.... The meal I got had like Chicken tenders, a texas toast, crinkled fries and a little coleslaw. I wasn’t a fan of the fries. Texas toast was alright, nothing special. But the Chicken tenders... They are the best chicken tenders I had. It was fresh, and the meat was juicy! What stood out here was the Chicken Tenders. Hands down, the best tenders.
