Feedback:

Extremely long wait, despite the place being practically empty. Was alerted several times that my fiance was next, but we remained sitting for 20 minutes. The girls working here were in no hurry to offer reassurance or acknowledgement that we were even there. After a 40 minute wait we decided to leave and finally got the reason that the stylists hair clippers weren't working. We finally got the haircut, but it was a rather frustrating experience that could have been solved by a few kind words or at least an explanation and apology.
