One of the nicest Starbucks in Sacramento. Located at the DOCO center at the Golden 1 arena, this Starbucks offers very spacious seating areas for visiting with a group friends, tables for using your laptop and intimate seating if you would prefer that. Very clean and offers a wide range of pastries, sandwiches and snacks for kids. The huge chalkboard was nice and clearly explained prices. They seemed to offer a small variety of menu items that I have not seen at other locations like the Affogato. The staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly and my drink was spot on perfect. This Starbucks definitely has the highest standards of excellence that I have seen. Any time I am back in the downtown area, I will be making a point to visit this locatkon. Phenomenal job.

They don't order enough T-Mobile Tuesday promotional items. This is a store located downtown and they only have enough for a few customers. poor inventory management skills, likely because they don't care since the items are free. What they don't realize is that when people go to your store only to be disappointed by the poor management of your promotions, they aren't going to go to you when they need to make a purchase.

Horrible and unprofessional service. They told me if I will switch plan from prepaid $50 on postpaid $75, that I will have full unlimited internet with hot spot and I will have a better career service because I will have more quantities of base stations for postpaid plans. I did it, i believe them. But it’s not unlimited internet it’s only 30 gb per month, and hot spot is not working because the speed for hot spot is only 256 kbits limited. I can’t open pages and I can’t watch videos. About base stations - its same quantity of base stations!! They lying me about everything just for move me on more expensive plan.
