I can't say enough good things about this place! Had to go in twice before I even had my card because I had no clue what I was doing! ANDREW is a rock star! Both times he took the time to sit with me and explain everything and answer countless questions and not ONE eye roll! :-) If you are new to this and feeling a bit lost....go see Andrew...he will sort you out and take care of everything. You will feel so much better knowing someone is watching over you and really cares that you get it right!! I am so lucky I found Trulieve and can't imagine what I would have done on my own to figure things out! THANK YOU ANDREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Once I got my card and went for my third visit Andrew introduced me to Ada who answered the few reamaining questions I had and got me exactly what I wanted. Easy Peasy!!!!! Andrew is my new BFF and Ada is a sweetie! They made a difficult situation a cake walk for me!!!!!!!!!!!! Love them and Love Trulieve!

This is coming from my heart!My FAVORITE dispensary in the state of Florida, and for MANY reasons! For some basic examples, there's SO many options to choose from(impressive inventory), and finally, customer care AND service is TRULY above and beyond!!!! For instance, the employees make me feel at home! EVERYTIME!!!For instance, employee °Amanda°, who works at Clearwater/us19, and she is the girl that calls your name in waiting area into the dispensary room. ☆☆☆☆☆(5 stars).You ALLLLLL rock at your Clearwater store!!!Warmly,Katie Griffins5 ☆' all the way!!!!!THANK ALLLL of you!!!

I do not do reviews often. I'm 59, and am on my granddaughters account. But, I would give Trulieve a HUGE 5 stars. Even though I am not a patient, my daughter is. She no longer needs to take anxiety meds.But the point of my review, is a wrong I had to make right. They were very understanding, and very appreciative that I took the time to fix something that was just not what I actually saw. They listened, and fixed it immediately. I thought about my daughter, and had to fix my wrong. So thank you Trulieve for being so understanding, and very kind. I will be sure to recommend anyone to your location. Thank u

Usually great here. Service today horrible. Ordered online at 9 am. Didn't get text like usual. Finally get a call 5 1/2 hours later to tell me they don't have the main item I wanted that they sent me a sale text for today.Online check in didn't work. Got to store and told it's a 45 minute wait to pick up the other items. Horrible experience

My store doesn’t always have the best selection so I often find myself driving to the Clearwater location for better available variety. The location is always clean and the staff are friendly. Sydney has helped me several times and is very knowledgeable about the product, new strains, etc., and she’s one of the friendliest customer service professionals I have ever encountered. I’ve encountered others, especially at my local store, that act like a question is an inconvenience. Sydney is truly customer driven and, even when they are slammed busy, takes the time to make sure you understand what you’re getting and answer any questions. It’s worth the longer drive just for the great service.

The absolute best dispensary I’ve been to since I’ve had my MMJ card. My last experience with a worker named Travis was more than professional, knowledgeable and polite, as with actually communication like a human rather than just another customer, I recommend Clearwater Trulieve to everyone I can, out of love, keep it up :) GREAT STAFF PRODUCTS AND ATMOSPHERE

I am in awe of this location....I drive further to go to this location because all of the employees there have all been polite, caring, clean, prompt....there is no gossiping of customers like at other locations...this location always greets you and make the entire atmosphere calm and friendly!! I am sorry if i leave out any employees I have dealt with but for now...thank you so much to Amanda and Ada ...super helpful and always friendly...i never feel rushed and i never get a negative attitude or vibe from the employees or facility....they always address my concerns or any questions i have without giving me an attitude or make me feel as if i am dumb!!...thank you so much for taking care of us patients in the way people should be treated...like we are all equal!!

Talk about commitment to service; every representative was knowledgeable on every product, truly cares about each patient, and helped with product selection. I feel very taken care of, with an organized system to maintain safety and control during the pandemic. The product selection is always in stock with what I'm looking for, and they even deliver!

This is no BS I've been to cureleaf I've been to cetera. I even travel a lot to see Petersburg only when I'm low on gas because Clearwater off of Frontage Road has the most kindest of Representatives very nice people who treat you with nothing but respect at all times I have never once gone into the Clearwater truly store and ever left unhappy for any reason the people that work there should be commanded they are highly respected by me and they do one hell of a job I respecting others you have a great crew you are blessed

Editing again: May 22, 2020 Troy went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted and always having such a positive, friendly attitude which of course anyone can appreciate in these crazy times! I’ve loved this store since I moved up here! Editing to say I had Brad as my bud tender today and he was so kind and helpful with exchanging my Revolve pen and going above and beyond getting me the products I prefer! My fave store 💚
