Love this Trulieve. Super great service. Everyone is so kind and nice. Fast service as well. I really liked Lisa and Kourtney. They were very informative , answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Great service and great people.

Aside from having a really nice waiting room....when I first walked in, I was clueless as to what products I needed to buy. The customer service team at Trulieve was really compassionate, patient and explained to me the pros and cons of each thing I was looking into. I purchased some products and quickly realized that one of them wasn't going to work out for me, so they took it back cheerfully with no questions asked. The tall guy (Arthur) was especially knowledgeable and friendly, but so was everyone else.

I come to this location about once every month or two. They have gotten a lot better since they opened with wait times for pick up orders. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Today Samuel D. helped me out. He was fast and efficient.

I am a regular patient at this location and each visit never disappoints. Nailah and Virginia are amazing employees that provides excellent customer service every time. They both are very knowledgeable and always quick to help me with any question and concerns I may have. Great location highly recommended.
