Extremelly difficult to obtain the 10 mg Sativa and Indica Pills. It does not help patients that have transitioned from opioids and other meds. It seems to be a company supply issue. The profuct works for me but it has been over a month, numerous call and No Pills!! I know I am not alone in this issue. Good Product, no steady availability!

When I first recieved my cannabis card I placed orders with Trulieve and never had a problem. Now there are major problems, like me driving an hour each way to the Edgewater store to pick up an order and them not having the product. Bringing out the new truflower line and getting me used to that product and then running out in stores near me and refusing to ship me product from other stores. Out of almost everything I want to order. Call center has no idea what stores have in stock, can not call the dispenseries. I have been trying to place an order for a few days now and meanwhile I have no meds for my PTSD. From what I understand they have the best products but that does not help when they are always out of stock. You are providing people medicine they need and then not being able to provide it. If you can not figure out how to provide products, please just close down because your not helping.

I just got back from an over 3 hour excursion to Edgewater from Melbourne. I called ahead to make sure they had the specific medicine that I wanted before I made my over hour long trip one way. I get there and the waiting room is packed. I wait for 45 minutes and finally get called back and then I told them what I wanted and they said they just sold the last of what they had. By they, I mean two "basic" young hipsters with dreadlocks and beards...they may have been twins. They then asked if I wanted anything else. I was not about to spend my money there after wasting over 3 hours of my day. Avoid this location if you can, by all means necessary!!!

The waiting room was cramped and hot. Their SD and 9lb hammer vape pens gave me the worst heartburn, most likely from the MCT or non-cannabis terpene flavorings. The staff was not welcoming at all and treated me like I was just some stoner, I never once felt like i was treated with the respect a patient should deserve. Definitely do not recommend

Staff is friendly, but they are either understaffed or need to rethink their workflow. I've been here maybe 4 times now, and never waited less than an hour.
