My regular store is in St Augustine and they were out of flower that day so I decided to make the trip out to the Jacksonville store. I was really impressed!! The ladies in front Brenda, Kerri, and Dori were the friendliest most helpful women ever! They totally went above and beyond for me knowing I had made a special trip all the way up there! Trulieve just never disappoints!!! From the quality of their product to the quality of people they hire and their standards of how their employees treat people. Consistently out of stock online. 11/27 today I received a text saying all flower is restocked. Out of 14 strains, only 3 are in stock. I'd prob spend 30-40% more at this store if they had stuff to buy. 11/29 got a msg saying they are restocked - only 1 out of 11 600mg vape cartridges are "restocked".12/16 Today is buy 2 get 1 free on vape cartridges. Too bad there are no 600mg cartridges in stock. Retail 101 guys. Cannot sell if if you do not stock it.
