This was my 1st visit to Trulieve and will not be the last! This is a wonderful very professional and efficient environment from start to finish. I'm rather new to all of this so quite unfamiliar with all the differentiations between strains etc. However, Emily H put me quite at ease. Her knowledge base was incredible as well as being very patient and kind with me answering any question I had (there were many!). With her guidance, I was able to purchase exactly what I needed and knew in advance what to expect! All was very much appreciated!

Came here because of product availability issues in my town. The parking was kind of wild as people have to park on the grass. Very happy with my purchase using online ordering. Surprised the parking lot was so full for so long as I got in and got out super fast, like under 20 minutes. The staff are cool.

I have been coming to this location since it opened and never had issues with product availability. Now they seem to always be out of flower. Even on the days they get shipments, it seems to be gone right away. I placed on online order today and received a voicemail instructing me to call back. I spent an hour on hold for someone to tell me they were out of the product that I had ordered. Why keep opening more stores when you cant keep up with the demand of your existing stores?

You need to have flower in stock. Dont advertise it online and waste peoples time by not having it after they drive 40 minutes to get here. Answering your phone would be nice too.

I placed an order for delivery, and Ben and Charlie delivered my order to me. They were very friendly and professional. They explained the products and answered all of my questions. It was much easier than going to the dispensary.
