It asked if I agree with the 4.9 rating. No I do not agree with that nonsense. This is a straight up 5 star, 5.0 business. I just went for my first time and they were nothing but friendly, helpful, and informative. Checking in went smoothly and quickly. They offered me water. I got a 15% off discount for being a new customer. I was in and out in 10 mins. They were all so kind and peaceful. I just used my product and it was outstanding. My pain was gone in seconds. Highly recommend.

My favorite dispensary I've been to yet. Everyone is insanely and seemingly genuinely nice. They've also been very helpful when I have questions. It's clean and nicely decorated. I like the products they carry. All around amazing

Very clean, very professional, amazingly knowledgeable on all of their products and which products work best for different symptoms. They also have an awesome rewards program just an overall very enjoyable experience they have earned a forever customer!!!

Excellent customer care for first time patients. I was a little apprehensive about ordering because I'm not as informed as I should be. I was welcomed as I was walked in the door. Registration was simple. Someone talked me through an informative booklet explaining the different types of cannibus. I read it while waiting to be called in.Within 10 minutes I was called into a room that loosely resembled a jewelry counter. I worked 1-on-1 with a very helpful young man who provided lots of info about different products and answered every question I had. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout the entire process. Couldn't ask for a better experience... except that they accept credit cards.VERY IMPORTANT: Bring cash with you to avoid ATM fees.

This Trulieve is my personal favorite. They get you in and out ASAP. Today I was helped by LEVITT PEREZ, this guy was the best . He was very knowledgeable on the product and he went above and beyond to make sure that I left with what I needed. All in all I give my experience 5 stars and I WILL BE BACK .

I visited the store today and I must say I am totally impressed! I have been frequenting the Melbourne location for the past year. The customer service there was never too great to begin with, it has really declined to the point to where I dread even going into the place.. I was visiting Orlando for the weekend and this morning decided I wanted to visit a dispensary. Looking at reviews I decided to visit this one. My favorite in town, doesn't get 5 stars due to their website and phone ordering. Need to get a better inventory system for the site, showing ONLY what is really available. Also, call center never knows what's actually in stock. Best product and value in town!
